I like the idea! It’s a bit slow at the beginning but there’s definitely some potential here. I chose 2 players to have the ability to play with the arrow keys as I don’t have a QWERTY keyboard. Not having any audio or visual cues on whether if we’re holding the cube or not, and on jetpack fuel is a bit annoying.

It was fun, thank you for your entry!

The jetpack mechanics and picking up things were really fun. I thought it was a blast to have to pick stuff up and throw in on top of the car. I would actually love to see a game like that in the future!

Submitted

The controls are fun and all, but I had no idea what to do; I was stuck at the first level with the box. But I do like the jetpack

I hope you play our game as I played your game

Interesting Idea and great take on the theme. Would have been interesting to see more of it. The controls were good. Sadly I had some issues with the collectables glitching through the vehicle. But nothing crazy :)

Great Job!

What a nice game! The mechanic of picking up boxes and placing them on the truck makes for a simple yet intuitive mechanic. The visuals also hit it hard (I bet you were inspired by Among Us). The astronauts look cute and the parallax background was pretty. I didn’t really play it fully, but it was fun.

There game also had numerous glitches (like crates falling out of the world and the player being able to walk off the screen) and I understand that this game was made in a few days and that these are just bugs but I just want to point it out.

Overall, good game!

(And if you had the time could you play and rate my submission? Thanks)

I think the game Idea is great!

I wish there was some kind of tutorial to tell my how to play and what should I do. ☺

Cute art and movement feels pretty good as well. I wasn't 100% sure what i was supposed to do though.

Art for the game is very pretty, and the parallax background is also cool though sometimes it doesn't align correctly. The little spaceman felt fun to control. It's cool how the different pickups have different abilities.  One time I got stuck instead the rover and had to restart, but I understand that you had limited time. Also I think we might have both used the same GrabController for our games. Still really fun to play, good job!

Looks nice but I felt like I was waiting for ever for more pick ups. I got the thing moving (slowly) but then it was just a case of watching and waiting.

The character was fun to control and the graphics were good, although I wasn't sure what I needed to do or why I collected research or how that worked, to bad you didn't have the time to fully complete it because it doeslook good and promising

love the idea to collect to move the rover, but when i get to the end, i cannot return.

Love the Sky and the rest of the enviroment.

cool idea you could improve it to make a really nice game

could you check out my Jam submission? I'll really appreciatted  Thanks!

The way you did collectibles was very clever. i also love the art! the pace of the game could be sped up a bit but other than that, Great Job!

It would mean a lot if you could check out my Jam submission if you get the chance. Thanks!

So the gameplay isn't really explained, nor intuitive. This game is a bit chaotic.  (especially if you take in the collision bugs xD) The Idea is probably the most fun with 2 players, because multiplayer and chaos works together well. The way back was a bit boring because you don't have anything to do.

Also: We've used the same artkit for BG. I didn't know that was a possibility. Could you check out my game to see how I used it? (It's everywhere)

I thought it was a super cool idea. Putting modules on your rover as it goes. I got stuck at the end, wasn't able to move the rover back, even though I added the reverse module to the rover. I found myself kicking the modules away too sometimes, and they would go off screen. It was a but annoying. I would have also liked some kind of sound effects too. But overall nice job!

Developer

The red reverse module only works when there aren't any yellow forwardspeed modules on the vehicle. And the things you mention are all something i am aware of, but simply dident have time to do. Thank you for your comment and feedback.

Pretty nice game. I like the multiplayer part very much and we had fun playing it. The only thing is, that we got back with the antenna and nothing happened. Was there something supposed to happen? We are quite clueless. But the game made us happy ^^. The characters seem very familiar ;)

Developer

Great to here you had fun, even with the many faults in the game :) Nothing is really supposed to happen when you get to the antenna other than you should use the red speed upgrade to go the other direction and complete the mission. I realised this was not at all clear and the game generally just lacks feedback and "directions".

Submitted

I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end but I can't hear sound. I understand if you didn't have time to implement it, otherwise great job! It was pretty fun, though I was confused what to do once I got to the antena.

Developer

Well i did not have time to implement sound. And nothing is supposed to happen when you get to the antenna other than you should go the other way back, which i know is not clear at all, sorry. But thanks for you feedback and nice comment.
