Amazing! When I saw the thumbnail I was like "a visual novel in 64x64, no way" but it looks absolutely lovely. And the small size emphasizes how much of a difference all the wobbling and moving makes with pictures and texts in these games, that are admittedly very static. Professional level polish right here.

Did you work in a team?
Nope, I worked alone. It was a fun experience though!
Was the resolution a challenge?
Making a 64x64 visual novel is a challenge in itself because fitting so much text in such a tiny resolution is not an easy task. I drew my own font and wrote short sentences and everything worked out in the end, though! I'm also not a very good artist, but in 64x64 that doesn't stand out much.
What did you learn?
I finished something, so that makes me very happy in the first place. But I also learned that technology advancements and better graphical capabilities do not necessarily mean we have to make more graphically complicated games. An Atari 2600 game is as good as it was in the past as it is today. If anything, more powerful technology allows us to choose how we want our game to look.

Really excellent game here! I especially like the choices you made for the colors, between the backgrounds and the characters in front of them. Also the text is really well done. I also did my own text for my game (also had a lot of dialogue) but I think yours is nice and stylish.
Very cute, it's impressive how expressive the characters are given the low resolution :) nice work!
I can relate to Fuyunko as my PC is super slow too and in need of an upgrade!
I really enjoyed this. A nice little story with fun characters. You did a great job on keeping the text readable at such a low resolution and the little text animations added a lot too. Really cool music and even cooler that you composed it all yourself.
Great job making emotive faces at such a low resolution. I was also impressed by how you managed to inject personality and flow into the dialogue despite having such a limited number of characters to work with.
This was SO CUTE. I loved the limited palette on the characters and the text animations. Turns out I DO want to play a 64px visual novel!
I forgot to comment on this yesterday;
Absolutely loved the writing. I actually died when there was a reference to the how having red on a PC made it faster joke. Portraits are super cute too, and sounds and music was amazing.
DAMN. I love this! Definitely a standout game! Great story, art, everything! I hope you get one of the top tiers!
Only thing, I know it's a stupid complaint, but its a just a bit long. Felt that it could've ended after the "plot twist" just fine. I know, I know, character development and whatnot...
