Damn, the controls are kinda easy to use and very responsive, almost like other popular racing games. My favorite part is the booster one, especially the sound when it got boosted. Other than that, such a great idea and feels very polished, good job!

Really cool game! The car felt great to control, the levels almost had a puzzle feel to them, and the concept was executed really well. The static camera was a little off putting, but other than that, I have no complaints. Fantastic work!

Really fun idea, a great way to give a lot of nuanced control to the car when you're not actually controlling it.  A couple levels look impossible, so they're really satisfying when you figure them out. Great job!

Can I have a RC racer game like this? I would love to race my friends from tower to tower either in sprint style or circuit. Please if you add this hit me up!

Good Game one of the best I've played so far.   I actually  wanted to keep playing but more games must be rated.  Wow what an impressive amount of work really on all fronts.   Cool drifting mechanics give this one replay-ability .

Very neat game! For the first few levels i actually didnt know that you dont have control while not in a tower's range. But that became evident pretty fast! Nice game with level picker which you dont always see in jam games

That was fun! It hit a pretty sudden drastic difficulty spike with the first door you have to open. Very fun though!

Super awesome game, with some more work this could be an awesome mobile game or something.

One thing I would reccomend is maybe moving level 9 before level 8 because by the time I saw the green thing for the first time, I had forgotten what to do with it. Or maybe a button prompt?

Well done!

Needs more eurobeat.

In all seriousness the game controls great. The drifting felt just slippery enough to give you some idea of how to control it. One thing I would suggest would be to add a button prompt the first time you run into the green tower so the player for sure knows what to do. Overall I really liked the game!

Tight controls! But levels are still tough! Only criticisms would be some of the camera angles and maybe an easier way to introduce the green circle to players? Anyway, great game!

Very cool mechanic! I would have liked some more easy levels that utilized drifting, as that felt like the most fun part of the game. I could see this expanding into a nice filler game to occupy those few minutes you have between things throughout the day. I know if I had something like this on my phone, I'd play it all the time.

Some things I think would improve the overall feel of the game:

- A light (or something easily seen) directly on the antenna of the car that lets the player know exactly when the control will go away (i.e. the point on the car that the control is based on). I know the circles light up, but having a point of reference on the car would be nice

- More levels to expand on the options with the mechanics -- Like I said, I feel that the drifting is quite fun, so having more levels where you have to do that to be efficient would be awesome

But yeah, solid entry! I had a lot of fun on this one. I got 3 stars on all but one of the levels. Nice work.

Thank you for your feedback! I've seen quite some people asking for a mobile version, that's something we may consider doing. As for your two points:

  • It's a good idea! Actually,  it's something I wanted to explore but couldn't because of the lack of time.
  • Of course, more levels where we could take advantage of the drifting mechanic would be nice. It's definitely something we will do,  if we continue to develop the game after the jam.

Really love this game. The theme is right up my alley and it's a unique take on "Out of Control". The physics are tuned and overall it's a very enjoyable experience.

Make more levels!

Really good job! The game design of this is really well done. One of the most polished games I've seen today :)

Really enjoyed playing this. I saw some performance issues, so the game was stuttering a bit for me. But I loved the feel of the car and the levels. Good job!

Yo this is awesome, extremely polished and fun to control for the little time you had. Great idea, would love to play this on mobile if there's a way to do it.

best drifting game, really fun to sling yourself round corners. The sound effect gets a bit grating after a bit, I'd recommend randomising it if possible? Also what do the green ones do?

I have updated the description of the game: there is now a sentence and an image t explaining how they work. I hope it helps!

Ohhh cheers man, gonna  go back and finish it!

This was really fun, loved how you had to guess if your car would make it within the time for 3 stars! well done

Oh my word, the physics are on point and I love a good car game :D Great Job!

Incredible Game! The car physics felt great and the puzzles were fun.

Genious idea for the theme! Only thing is I'm not sure what to do when you're stuck outside of radio distance, but still very impressed!
