How does your game fit the theme?
There are too many systems on your ship that are spiraling out of control, not enough Ziggys to handle the chaos

Just wow. You all worked really well together as a team. The modeling, animation, sounds, just everything is on such a high level and completely in tune with each other, this is mind-boggling quality for a 48h jam. And also great job on making the Ziggies cute, you bastards! ;)

It would help a lot if you would rate my game as well, it's my first ever so would really appreciate the feedback! Thank you

Haha GPU go vrooom.

Well, that's really a lot of graphics for a 48 hour jam. I liked the sounds, although it was kinda hard for me to get what the narrator was saying, perhaps subtitles would be nice, but hey, it's a jam so whatever.

Actually, I thought it's insanely hard, and it turned out to be way easier for me. Just make energy and oxygen and keep repairing and don't forget to activate Ziggy dispenser thing and also make sure to get rid of used Ziggys (sounds cruel, but I'm not the one to blame anyways).

I believe this would make a fun VR game (not for the jam please), as it has small closed space and a lot of moving stuff around.

I don't have much more to say (all the issues are already figured out I think), excellent job!

Beautiful game! Ziggy's are super cute and you've all done an amazing job! congrats.  Really felt the hectic environment after a little bit.

This is unbelievable quality for 48 hours. Seriously, this is a really talented team! Really chaotic, and a super unique and awesome premise. My only gripe would probably be to make it a little easier to understand and ease the player into it, but I'm sure you've heard that before by now. Great entry overall!

I can't understand... how this game was made in 48 hours! It's fun, has really nice graphics and sounds. I couldn't finish it yet ( I'll try to ), but I had a really pleasant experience! Also the ziggies are so cute! Very good work!

Lol there was so much chaos, I loved it xD Also the Ziggys are adorable!

i tried playing it. i really did. it was too difficult for me, to many things to handle (but i do understand whats going on most of the time. AND this doesnt mean that im going to leave a negative review). this is a really impressive game since it was made in 48 hours. you dont need to make it easier (at least not a lot) but the first thing that goes to my mind is that this game would be perfect for multiplayer (like overcooked). gonna leave a comment or edit this one if i manage to survive more time.

(seems like a fun game tho)

nvm i did get a lil better

Super difficult at first, but very good. The ziggys are the cutest thing in ever. Super impressive what you did in the amount of time allotted.

A bit more tutorial right at the beginning would be good, or speed up the death screen time a lot. I found it a little frustrating at the beginning when I was doing trial and error, and would have to wait quite a while before I could try again.

Well done.

Difficult game, but very satisfying once you figure it out. Had to start over a couple of times (cause I didn't know what the levers did -- might be good to have more instruction on that) but got the hang of it soon. Really nails the theme, I just couldn't deal with everything at the end, especially when the Ziggy machine broke! Got to 30 seconds left on the clock and passed out from oxygen deprivation.

Superb presentation, definitely the best I've seen this jam. Love the voice acting, love the sound, love the blobby Ziggies, love the attention to detail -- I couldn't believe there were three or four distinct lines for status and death reports. Loved the escape pod for my inner OCD. I honestly can't believe this was made in 48 hours, it's really, really polished. Awesome job!

I'm so genuinely impressed about this game! Well done!

Wow, very complex management game, took me a few deaths to get the hang of it but I like it. The low frame rate is really annoying I must say and makes the game quite hard, but apart from that, the main ziggy powering mechanic is really cool. I almost made it but died from oxygen with 30 seconds left. I wont mention the already known bugs though ive encountered one or two. Nice submission i must say!

This game is very cool! I enjoyed it, i like the concept even if it's a bit hard to understand at first! It seems pretty polished too, good job! rated! please check out my game too :D

Really fun game when I got used to it, but at first I had literally no idea what I was doing. I think there should at least be some kind of tutorial at the start to tell you what to do. However, overall the game was really well polished and I enjoyed playing it a lot, great job!

Amazing presentation, the visual polish and feel here is excellent. As others have said, the learning curve is steep, and I also got stuck in the oxygen/hull closed loop. Great job!

This looks fantastic, sorry I'm on Mac, but loving this idea, fits the theme so well, and I know how much work a 3D game is to pull off, great stuff

What an awesome game! Definitely felt out of control, has a steep learning curve but once I got there it was incredible! Creating Ziggys just to consume them and shooting them off into space made me feel kinda bad for them though xD Absolutely loved it!

I think what I enjoyed most about this is where a lot of games in the jam are trying to take the players controls away in some fashion, you have just bombarded them with too many controls. It fits the theme wonderfully and was great to play. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this if you decided to continue with it.

And yes the presentation is fantastic but I think you already knew that.

Great graphics, I hope you will continue to work on it!

I really loved the graphics and the ability to move the ziggys around and can I just say how cute those things were! Not much of an issue but I did experience some screen tearing on a 60hz monitor. Also I could not figure out how to actually play so if there is a tutorial, I would love to know. Great game overall and I hope you expand on it!

EDIT: I think I figured out how to play but it is still confusing nonetheless

Thanks for trying it out! we know how unintuitive the game can be and there are some instructions on the game page at https://chrisbruin.itch.io/ziggy-cosmos-adventures if you wanted to give it another go! :D

Got it thanks! and once again I really liked the game and hope for a post jam version! I cannot wait to see what comes next for this game! :D
