Very impressive. The controls feel a little awkward, but with some polishing, I could see this getting a full release if you expand upon it a bit more.
there's a lot of avenues for future quests! unfortunate that it felt awkward for you, but i'm glad it was still playable for you! we appreciate you for playing our game!

Very fun and whimsical, I especially enjoyed talking to all the little people, but I do wonder if they purposefully shrink down their veggies to feel big though.
haha thats some lore that i have not thought that deep into... but its quite thought provoking
that was wonderfully weird and charming. I honestly felt transported into a fantastical little world with weird little creatures. sure, the potion bottle nearly broke me mentally, but the screenshot saved me and I am happy I was able to see the ending. perfect game before going to sleep.

Awesome game. Loved the humor. The localization ony seems to apply to the UI, but very impressive you even implemented any localization at all.
That was fun, it took me a while to locate the bottle, but I managed to grow big and go home, great work on the project!

Very cute! I have finished the game by getting big and I think the texts and the story are very cute (which is the main point of the game), however the gameplay falls a little shallow, you only pick up items one by one throughout the game. I know this is supposed to be story based but a minigame for brewing the potion instead of just finding a battle would be a lot better and being able to pick up all the items while searching for the ingredients would be more intuitive.
I also found the lemonade stand duck reference :)
thanks for the feedback! we wanted to be able to integrate parallel pickups (because i agree... picking things up as you find them makes more sense haha), but it was just easier to implement the way it was done for the time constraints we had. thanks for playing our game!

dont worry, you arent the only one who has struggled to find the potion bottle! i designed it so it would be the hardest to find, but perhaps i made it a little tooooo hard. to guide anyone who gets stuck, i have added a screenshot to the game page! check it out and let us know if it helps :- )

I tested it and you're correct which is weird, seems like an itch upload issue as the zip itself was fine. I have reuploaded the windows build and tested downloading it where it worked for me. If you wanted to try again, let me know how it goes! :) Thanks for letting us know!

I liked the personality that the game had. It was really cool seeing the two different enviornments and Idk I just liked all the characters and their little dialogue. I wasn't able to finish it though :( I got stuck on the bottle. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for or how big it was. I had a similar issue with mushy but I eventually found him. I think it would've been cool to see like a small image or something of the thing we're looking for to make it easier to find or give us a sense of what it looks like you know. But it was nice from what I got through
Thank you for playing our game! Glad to hear you enjoyed the game, it's a shame you couldn't find the bottle. A small hint: The bottle is a tiny/small yellow potion bottle. If you want a further directive hint / rough area to look so you can finish the game let us know.
I could look into dialogue options to talk to Hollowkin or a timer based hint prompt so if a little while has passed it prompts with progressive hints and it could even be a game setting possibly - definitely something to take on board so thanks for the feedback :)
since we got feedback saying multiple people couldnt find the bottle either, we added a screenshot of what the bottle looks like to the game page to provide a sense of what it looks like! hope this helps, and thanks for giving our game a chance!
Fun - Super cute! I loved running around and chatting with each of the little kinfolk was an absolute delight.
Theme - Really nailed the theme here. Definitely on point - running around inside a hollow tree is so cool!
Aesthetics - Colorful and vibrant! It was a lot of fun exploring the little area.
Music - Matched the vibe perfectly
Sound - Same as the music - really set the tone well.
Mechanics - Pretty simple, which was all it really needs. Explore, find the quest objects, have a silly
conversation. Nice and tight gameplay loop.
Story - A silly story with silly characters! Really fun to chat with each of them.
Overall - Great work and a really adorable game! Nice job
