Thanks for sticking with it!

There is an interactive tutorial in the code, unfortunately time prevented that making it into the game, The solution we went with has a flaw, if you don't swap characters, you don't see the climbing instructions and you can complete the first level without climbing.

We have some plans to continue work on this game, we have some hurdles to over come but the next version will include the full tutorial experiance :)

you’re not the only one, you have to swap blobs and climb, a bunch of people missed the swapping / climbing instructions. I can’t beat that level personally but people have done it.

We are going to continue working on this so your feedback is very helpful!

Thanks for playing!

that was really fun, nice level of polish for solo in 10 days!

We have been working on a fix for level 3!

Thanks for playing, we are so pleased people are finding some fun with it!

As a fellow blob enthusiast I had fun, really great bones that you should expand on!

hell yeah I am a plumber!

That heartbeat had me on edge! reall good entry this one, on theme, with unexpected horror elements!

That was a really cool concept, I had a lot of fun playing it!

That was neat, with some extra juice this could be super satisfying!

great art and writing in this, it gave me a few chuckles along the way!

Really neat idea, it reminds me of railbound, which is a really fun game!

I think you should expand this.

That was really well done, I learnt I won't get employed in the space port!

haha! Did he ever come back? For sure there are bugs if you get too violent with the inputs!

Thanks for playing!

That was a major lesson in this project, so many people miss it.

it made so much sense when designing the tutorial, but we should have got a friend to test it out.

thanks for playing!

for sure there are some oddities with the movement, we spent a lot of time trying different combinations and breaking the whole game, trying to add physics in a platform game was perhaps a tad optimistic.

We are working hard in the background on a fair feeling control system, but we want to maintain the fun feeling.

thanks for playing

Thanks for playing

The rope is very tempremental, we are currently experimenting with doing the rope in different ways, we are trying to find a method that looks great and feels fair to the player.

That was all Dan, he showed off another project he was working on and we loved it so ran with it!
Thanks for playing <3

Thank you for playing! I am so glad people are enjoying it!

I don't think a final score crossed our minds! You have got to be the blobbing champion, thats got to be the first 100% run!

Thanks for playing.

Really polished, well done on this!

Lovely little game, I have played similar in the past but they never had the stocks part so it made it feel fresh

I try to limit using it, but it is really handy tool for sanity checking small blocks of code that don’t work, and I’ve found when you get code wrong, it explains the issue quite well.

Thank you so much!

Working on a solution for this issue, I ran into it a few times yesterday!

Thanks for playing <3

page view for refrence

here is the full screen view, it runs like a slideshow... (ignore the compression)

Sure, this is my PC specs

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.20 GHz)
RAM 64.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (12 GB)

I noticed other unity projects get the same effect, I can go full screen but it doesn't run well... let me see if I can capture a screen grab for you....

Thanks for playing it, we are trying to figure out the bug there, sometimes it works and blue will follow red, other times he just gets stuck! I will have to look up "Homestarrunner-TeenGirlSquad" The art style came from a solo project Dan was playing around with, it may be one of his insperations.

The tutorial level guy dropped the ball here, I am throwing him under the bus because he is me!

You can switch characters with shift, the tutorial covers it... but... the climbing mechanic instructions only show while you are Red, and I think most people are running out of the level as Blue, who can dominate level 1 and 2! We have learnt we need to get our mates to playtest :D

I think we are going to push a small update to explain it better. Thanks for playing it

That is sweet! really liked the music and chunky SFX, a simple but adictive gameplay loop!

I felt like a modern cupid! I loved the concept and the exectution!

I liked it! I felt very naughty sneaking around!

wow, great aesthetics on this! the world building really sold that end of days vibe!

This idea came up in our brain storming session, you pulled it off really well! great solo entry, I enjoyed lastening to the different calls!

I had fun playing this!

I liked that a lot, I also had the full screen issue BenKun talked about, but manged fine playing in the window, great job (solo and with a baby crawling around, hats off to you)

I liked it! great job!

you should be able to see it now :)

lovely stuff, thanks mate.

We are going to push a few small fixes later, I’ll look into dropping the resolution as well. It should be a simple value tweak.

out of interest what resolution is your display?

We tested on 1080p, 1440p and an ultrawide, seems we may have pushed it a bit for 1080 and below.

I’m glad you got to grips with it, there was a more interactive tutorial training level planned but, as always there is only so much time and caffeine.
