What a fun way to use the "balance" theme :D
The situations are funny and the "Twitter"-like experience is well done. It make me realize I could be a very good president... :'D
I was a bit surprised we can go over day 11/11: I was expecting kind of an "end of game" screen with the resume of my hard works.
Oh, and I havet the "hamster" scenario two days in a row: the random should probably a bit smarter than totally random I guess ^^
Anyway, a very fun game, congrats!

The way GDevelop works is that it "hides" the buttons and does not disable them! We learnt this causes the date bug.
Will fix it after the jam.
Super cute. Love the parody political twist, very goofy and unique.
Also I adore the hat drawings to death. I want a smiling hat plush now. 🤭

A unique, fun, and very creative game.
I really liked the concept, and I think it fits the jam's theme perfectly. The only issue I had was that at the beginning, I wasn’t entirely sure how each response would affect things (maybe because I don’t live in the U.S. and am not fully familiar with the culture), but after a couple of rounds, I got the hang of it.
As for the art and music, while they’re a bit simple, the style is really clean, so I actually found them quite good.

P.S. There’s a bug where the "Next Day" button doesn’t get disabled—it just gets hidden. So, if you click on that area, you can skip days, and it won’t take changes in the score into account. I ended up reaching day 30 without realizing.

It's not a bug that economy can not go higher than 8. I guess it's a slim choices to get it go above 8 by breaking the balance badly! Lol!

That was a fun little experience! :) The art direction is neat and the situation you have to manage are very funny as well! The only downside, if I had to find one, is that the middle option seems to always be the "moderate" answer and the third one the greedy one. I don't know if it's wanted in the design, but I feel like it's a missed opportunity to surprise players, as we are able to tell the consequences of our decision, unlike the OG red hat man. (If it makes any sense) . Good job! 💪💪
