Good work, it's a pretty fun game! I like that you introduce mechanics one at a time, and the writing is goofy as it should be :D
In later stages it got a bit chaotic for me and I didn't fully understand the thunder/witch gameplay, I might have to give it another try (I got the game to freeze after mashing a few buttons there :P).

shot can also mean a series of alcholic beverages served in succession. So I make a game you can shoot shots to moon to succeed in a moonshot!

on no sorry for the freeze :(
The thunder will destroy all humans in that column until it hits a witch with a shield. namely everyone under the witch(with a shield) would get destroyed. And the witch would lose his shield after a hit. I know it is chaotic for the last levels and witches are not strong enough to survive long from the meteors, so you probably need to have some human on top of the witch to protect him too... Hope this would help you if you plan to try it again :p Thanks for playing!
A really great submission. It felt like a crazy mash up between Lemmings, Space Invaders, and base building RTS games, but it worked very well. Great art and audio, and I thought the different abilities were interesting and provided a decent amount of strategy, like trying to place the bottle throwing guys at the bottom as your "artillery".
That was a very original gameplay! :-D
The pixel art, animations and music were all very well done as well!
Nice job! :-)
Below my video review bro! 36:30 Moonshot-shot
Funny game and I need a shot now!
Nice game! Really liked the mechanics and the graphics are extra cute. I got some problems here and there with the physics but restarting the level solved the problem. Glad to see more Godot games each year! Good job!
The controls themselves were nice, the uncontrollable feeling was more at at macro level: I did not have a feeling of being able to plan anything in advance or to be able to progress on a level (solve it faster, more efficiently),basically my strategy was always the same: try to have more and more people on the field until the moon can no longer deal with it. I think a bit more control could have been given by allowing the player to chose the type of people he wants to send on the field maybe.
I see.. I was planned to add another action for player, that they can click on the character in line and kick him out from the queue(or pick the character to move to the front of the queue). But I feel it might be too many work for player to do and I'm not sure if player will have the attention to take care of that.
Do you think this would make the game more controllable, or more hard to control? Or maybe I should add this and make the pace of the game slower?
Thanks for explaining this, this is very helpful.
Really fun! Loved that you added a story element to it. The artwork is really cute and music is a perfect fit for the mood! The gameplay mechanic was a little hard to get used to, especially with the moon shooting down my guys while I was still trying to get the hang of it. But I got better over time and shot him haha. Great work!
Great game. Killer artwork. Soundtrack is really cool. Also the idea is awesome. Big UP
I got some lemmings vibes from this game. The music and graphics are cute, and I like the comedy aspect of the game.
The theme interpretation was great. Nice graphics and really enjoyed the music. Overall nice game!
The theme interpretation was fun, and the music gave the game a nice vibe. Fun, charming little game. :)
Cute art style and a charming take on the theme! I like all the silly expressions the moon makes.
