Theme interpretation
We built a game that is a hybrid of the survival horror and RPG genres. The game also deals with themes of feeling split, a hybrid of two identities (a past life and a new one).

It was an interesting interpretation of the themes and genres. I quite enjoyed the audio, although I felt that there was room for improvement on the story elements in an RPG game like this. Overall, I think it's a good game considering the time limitations.
Thank you!
Nice entry! Feels very complete story-wise. This is a good start to what could be an ambitious project!
Thanks! Maybe!
Nice horror atmosphere and visual too, i liked the portrait graphics :) gj
Thanks so much!
Very cool graphics, Audio has interesting ideas but not all of them properly implemented. Great game though!

All feedback possible is really appreciated
Thank you, I'll check yours out when I have time! Looks neat!
This game is so fun! The story, the characters and the setting really make it feel like you're elise, or at least someone helping her
Great to hear!
Very cool game. I am obsessed with the audio it was perfect! Also liked the creepy pencil portraits and how you learned more about the backstory as it went on.
Thank you!
Atmospheric and tense! Nice visuals too.
Thanks!
Good job on atmosphere and feeling. Having a weirdish main character was also interesting. The gameplay itself was somewhat boring though.
Glad you enjoyed the vibes!
"Graves... i used to play here"
The music and atmosphere is really creepy, and her face... her face is dam creepy!
Awesome game! :D
It's not something you want to hear someone say.
I've seen a handful of entires that mash up the "survival horror" genre with other genres, but this is the first one that felt like it actually made that idea work. The tension that comes from scarcity of items, and managing when and how to use them, was palpable for me. Altogether a strong concept executed well. Congrats!
Wow, thank you so much!
I really like the atmosphere of this game ! The fights were a bit repetitive though, but the final shotgun shot is so satisfying (plus when the game went back to color, it was so cool).
Yeah, my favorite way to end it is with a crit shotgun shot.
That subversion of expectations at the start with the girl shoving shard of glass in to the neck of the innocent dude is gold :-D
It's a fun way to open for sure!
Wow great game! The background, environment and icon graphics are freaking amazing! Looks like you ran out of time with the portrait graphics. haha.
The music is very spooky, I love the music.
Thank you!
I liked some of the writting and sounds used to set up the mood, but the gameplay was overall a bit too repetitive with the guard healing mechanic, as it was kind of easy to cheese. The intro atmosphere definitely set up for something, although to be honest I didn't like the girl's personality that much lol. Store guy is cool though 8)
Got to add that I didn't see much "hybrid" in the game.
Thanks for checking it out!
I love the game, a good example of the games that can be done with rpg maker
Thanks! It was a fun engine to learn.
Love the atmosphere the game creates. The first interaction with the guy sets the tone well
Thanks- yeah it was fun to play around with and I think we hit the right tone with the opening.
I love the universe and the sound/chara design ! Great job
Thank you!
The sound design fits perfectly. Nice work :).
Thanks!
The game has a great atmosphere, i like it.
Thank you! Yours did too! Thanks for playing :)
Loved the psychological horror elements. The ending was awesome, and I liked how the game wants to trick you into using the glass shard before the final fight. Great job!
Thanks so much- and thanks for the Twitter follow! I'll be keeping an eye on your stuff too! :D
