Loved the quirky gameplay, fit the narrator really well. Especially loved the toaster minigame, would have gladly played a couple more levels like that!

This was fun! Putting bread in the toaster was the hardest thing I've done in my life, haha!
Btw. I couldn't resist immediately clicking the button in the end, and the ending was perfect.
Nice work!
Great game! The voice acting especially was really well done. The timing of the ending switch was perfect.
Nice game! The voiceover was nice and the art was nice. Well done.
Nice voiceover. I actually waited 1 or 2 mins at the button and the only thing that happened was that the music stopped.
Hahahaha. I love a good troll and appreciate the good voice acting. I would say that the overall mix was a bit rough - some parts I would strain to hear only to jump out of my seat at the loudness of the volume on the next section ( having turned up my volume to hear) - Maybe that was intentional?
Either way, I thought the game was a very entertaining experience. Well done!
Simple, funny and buttons that aren’t supposed to be pressed. Loved it, Great work!
Very nice! love those comic narrative games, and yours was overall nicely presented. I would suggest allowing the players to play (with the books, the toasts etc) while the narrator is talking, and also tweaking that camera a bit (felt a bit clunky to grab the books that are almost off camera). Well done!
I liked the use of voice acting. It's something I wanted to do for my submission but ran out of time. Had a good laugh at the end. Trying to get the toast into the toaster was fiddly AF.
Short and satisfying. Abrupt-cut ending made me chuckle. Also, worked fine on Android!
I think narration in jams is underexploited and can be a huge plus when used well, so good work!
Only thing I'd trouble with was the toaster: There wasn't much feedback as to whether the bread was correctly inserted or not. Both slices apparently can only be introduced in the same hole, btw. Then it took me a while to try the lever and find out that I'd done it right.
Aesthetically pleasing! You can easily tell what everything is.
Reminded me about "There's No Game" and "Satisfaction: The Game". Also, there was that viral animation showing "mildly unsatisfying" things.
Nice entry.
thanks ! To be honest I didn’t know that the game can work on phones but its maybe because of the way i code so the game keeps itself on a high fps on all devices about the bread i made it that each bread can go in a different hole but maybe i did something wrong at the end and removed it. Thanks for the review again!
Voiceover is funny, and the game has good humor overall. The abrupt explosion and fast cut from it was great. I actually refrained from pressing the button for a long time to see if there was another ending, but eventually pressed it. Graphics are nice as well.
Good work!
The voice acting was fun, reminded me of The Stanley Parable!
Loved the silly voice acting, it's just like our game lol. Hilarious game!
