Loved this. Would love to see this as a full steam game.

How does the game fit the theme?
The story is about a badly planned heist and things go wrong pretty fast. Use time freezing abilities to plan out attacks and predict enemy movements (things can go wrong very quickly).
The gameplay revolves around planning out attacks and actions to out maneuver enemies. Which works out most of the time, but it can also go very wrong...
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We made all code and asset from scratch RAHHHHH

Amazing visual. Took me a bit to get used to the mechanics but it’s really cool!
Genuinely stunning intro animation and art, and I LOVE the Transistor style gameplay (even got the female protagonist, sword companion as an eyeball) it's incredibly unique with funny dialogue, phenomenal work
The textbox was sometimes desynced and incorrectly coloured based on who was speaking, also I'm not sure if it was intentional but if you stop time and deplete it by simply walking, you can freely shoot and attack during the walk
Overall 10/10 awesome bodaciousness
DAMN thats such a cool game!
the scene at the start was so cool honestly and the main mechanic is really interesting and fun! tho i did find a bug where if you just finished stopping time you can still swing your sword lol
and i could barely hear the voiceovers cuz the music was pretty loud but still i enjoyed it a lot!
Wow, that animation was incredibly smooth. Every movement felt fluid, and it really added to the overall experience. The game was a bit hard to play on a laptop, but it did not feel like a major issue.
I had a lot of fun, and landing hits was really satisfying. The combat had a great sense of impact, which made every attack feel rewarding. That said, the game was a bit too short. Just when I was getting into it, it was already over.
I hope you keep working on it because it has a lot of potential. Great job!
I think its really funny that we both came up with "slight brainrot eyeball game" but with like different genres :skull: I gotta say that intro sequence was PEAK CINEMA like holy guacamole zoo wee mama I was quaking after noticing such excellence. Anyways, the game play was really cool as well, I liked the time stop mechanic even if it felt a lil buggy at times. Lmk if yall continue after the jam! Overall Peak 5/5.
Wow! You really put a lot of effort into this. The visuals are really cool. The intro animation is really well done. It's impressive that the dubbing is done throughout. A volume control menu would be nice, sometimes you can't hear the speech well.
Your performance is unbelievable!
This is an excellent concept. The controls are unintuitive (it took me a couple minutes to figure out that I could only slash after I'd pressed space) but I enjoyed the animation and voice acting. Well done.
The animated intro and voice acting are particularly impressive, infusing the game with personality and charm, however having subtitles in cutscenes would be great. The idea of planning your attacks with a brief pause to execute precise moves is very well executed. Overall, it's an engaging game with a lot of potential. Great job to the team!
This is a cool concept! I still don't know to control so I just spammed space + left righ mouse and get to the end . :>
I took longer than I'd like to admit to understand the controls, my b on that. But once I did, I found the gimmick quite interesting. That being said, it never really felt like I needed to plan things out to much. The game rewards you pretty heavily for just running in swinging. Other than that though, a good time was had.
The art style is pretty siiiiiick, also the intro animation is whoa, didn't expect to see something like that in a 7 day jam. Kudos to the team!
A really fun time mechanic that felt good to use, got through on my first try without death! fun voice acting and good art to boot, over all really good vibes
Love your voice acting! Gameplay is really good, still need a bit more polished tho.
I love the "stop and excecute" mechanic, but would be even better if you can shoot and slash without having to stop time. This kind of combat really remind me of a great title "Transistor"!
Would love to see this game getting more developments!
Great voice acting, and fighting mechanic. Also impressive enemy AI! Good job!
Amazing graphics and voice acting :o
I loved the concept of this game, the combat mechanic is very fun! I just found a bug that if you're next to a wall and use your gun, the bullet would get inside of it forever lol
Even so, you guys did a great work, this game has a lot of potential! Congratulations :)
Cool visuals, I really liked that eyeball animation. The voice acting was also cute. Interesting mechanic, good job!
I really love the animated intro, aswell as the voice acting. I think I discovered a bug, since I was able to still attack while the planned attack were playing, so I could just spam attacks and kill everyone really easy, but i've decided to not to cheese it and just try to beat it without the exploit, and managed to find the gem
