Really loved the art style of this game, it's so cool!! Loved the concept of making it bathroom-specific, you designed every element so well, amazing job there!! Also, loved how you used the theme by making you stronger with less ammo.  Music and sound effects were totally fitting the game. The gameplay is simple but so addictive and so fun to play. Great work man!

Also, please play and review my game if you get time, Thank you!!

the game is fun to play and very addictive, honestly i think it's one of the best ones i played on the jam so far. good job!

the visuals could be improved a little but that's about it.

Love the design, and the music rocks too. The gameplay is also quite fun as well, there's strategy and risk in balancing out your shots - too much ammo, and a water bottle might kill you. Too little ammo, and you might end up dying yourself. I would've added a camera shake effect on the player getting hit, as well as some checkpoints, as three lives isn't a very generous amount to start out on. Overall, great work!

Nice game!

The take on the theme was really nice, I had to carefully balance my ammo depending on the current situation.

Some small feedback: I would add more feedback when the player gets hit

I really liked this game. Great concept, awesome use of the theme and I really enjoyed the visuals and audio. The tutorial was great and really helped explain what to do (unlike my game....). In every area I rated this very high! Amazing entry.

Very cool. I like  the "bathroom" theme and how each sprite represents an item that one might find in it. I like how the player changes sprite as they run out of ammo. I got confused at first and kept thinking that the small "Soap" start looking things are collectables and kept wondering why my ammo was not restored. Then I played the tutorial to understand it better. This is a clever game

This is a good example of how to do a 2D side scrolling shooter. It had all the elements, such as a unique art style, a general theme that was coherent throughout. The mechanic of less ammo making you stronger was a nice touch to be part of the theme. The only thing I could say about that is it felt slightly optional by how much ammo you could get and how easily you could take out the enemies. But over all, simple and easy to understand gameplay resulted in a fun experience! I streamed the game here:

No problem. I really liked the design the player's ship!

The game is great, but it seems to me that it lacks hit damage values.

A really well designed implementation of less ammo more damage that really feels integral to the game as if it were natural, a fun balance to manage that keeps things tense as you play from multiple angles.

- My favorite part was playing the game, and thinking how great the balancing act of getting water/ammo vs using it, and how those enemies water bottles can all of a sudden become *danger* when you're reaching max capacity. Then finally making it to that boss after some attempts, getting low on ammo, and that blast of water bottles coming out and thinking in half a second *crap, am I going to be able to get just enough to recharge but not overload*, ending up in the center of them and dying immediately, and laughing at it all. It just solidified even further how happy I am about the balance you're giving players to manager here and the way its value rapidly changes.
The difficulty isn't bullet-helly, thankfully because I'm no good at them, but also I think that's the right choice for the experience, because you're thinking a lot about how much health you have, how much ammo you can spend, when will a ship that shoots bottles come, how much can you refill before you have to try and kill it, why did it have to shoot another bottle just as you tried to kill it and cost you precious ammo you could have refilled. It was a great time.
I also really like your high score being saved on the metal of the toilet roll, but your current score being written on the paper. The art and overall presentation together really makes a good package.
Also like the sound design where you can immediately recognize the blast of water bottles being shot and get a sigh of relief if you were running low on ammo before you've seen their ship.

- I think the regular hit against an enemy could feel more impactful. It makes sense to be weak as a weak shot, but it ends up feeling quite unsatisfying, especially compared to all the flair you get when you destroy an enemy.
When your balancing your state for damage, it would be nice if there was a more solid visual for how much you were doing, like your bullets vertically up to the left of the sponge bar bottom left, or horizontally above your health bar.

Thanks for such a great feedback, I am very happy because we can give the feeling we want to give the player

:D no worries, happy to hear you appreciate it. Good luck with any final tweaks you make to the game, but it was already a fun experience so nice work.

Haha!! That was fun, very good work with the cheeky graphics. I would recommend adding damage hit values to appear above/near enemies. I know my bullets did more damage when my ammo was lower, but it was often hard to tell how much more. I was trying to balance out ammo and damage, but wasn't sure how to gauge it.  Still, very fun game!

Would appreciate it if you checked out my game!

I really like the idea!

The enemies with a cool design, totally with the theme. And the small details like the sound of the shoot change when you are with a low amount of water, I loved that!

Nice game!!!
