Cool concept, awesome graphics, good gameplay with snappy responses, and the difficulty is very well balanced and progresses over the track. This just gets a full 5 stars honestly, great job!
The only thing I would've liked is to also be able to use A and D for people with 60% keyboards without arrow keys like me, but at the end I just grabbed my old keyboard just to play this lol (I got ONE single miss :( feels bad)
thanks a lot, that's really nice!
Wow you are right, we didn't even think about 60% keybs, sorry for that!
The presentation and sound design is just perfect! I love how the 2 birds' voices contrast one another.
This was very well presented and the gameplay fits the music of choice very well! Snappy responses too. The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to get to the end state; is there a specific score that needs to be reached? do you just need to maintain maximum hype for long enough?
hey, thanks for the nice comment!
The end is actually at the end of the music track, around 3 minutes! There is no looping and random or procedural patterns here, it's one single track with hand crafted patterns all along.
Oh I see! I thought the music was looping but I guess I was wrong, haha. As a suggestion, a progress bar that tells players how far along the track they are to the finish line might be a good addition!
Thanks for the suggestion, you are right!
OMG. Those poses... What a great game. Well done! =)
The fact that I played a second time to try and get a better score is proof that this game SLAYS! Good job!
You made my day! And the tune, can't get off my head. Well done guys!
This game was amazing, really fun! I liked how I could almost play without looking at the notes because I could hear and recognise what I would have to press before it repeated. Art is awesome as well!
wow the art is really great and fun!
Art slaps, simple and fun!
The Art is amazing, I love a good rhythm game and this is great. I will say sometimes its a little difficult to know the rhythm because you need to remember the timing each notes comes into view but it's a neat challenge. Nice Job!
The art was cute and the gameplay was fun. It wasn't very obvious when I would make a mistake, though. Other than that, it's nice execution of a rhythm game.
Really loved it! it was a little tough when I was pressing keys and new notes were still being generated since i couldnt hear the beats over one another, but I LOVE the art and music. Very great job!!!
I was super confused at first but as soon as it clicked this was maximum enjoyment. Kinda reminds of Pa Rappa the Rapper. https://itch.io/jam/mini-jam-125-signal/rate/1904249
Thanks a lot!
It was really cool to watch the replay of your stream.
I think there is a mistake in the link you posted in your comment? It brings me to another unrelated game.
right you are I had the wrong thing in my clipboard https://m.twitch.tv/scalphamission
The game that I had fun
Great game but it took me some time to understand when to press the notes
This one is a lot of fun! Well done!
God, how he flexed his muscles!
In fact, the game is very cool, an interesting idea and presentation, a separate like for drawing, I don't even have anything to complain about :)
I love this game so much, well done on the art and UI! The game is super satisfying to play, and a unique take on the theme.
Great game! Presentation is interesting!
Great work! well done on the art, sound, game play. its all fitting good. I was excited before the game even started!
The only downside for me, was in the beginning, i didnt know what was happening, i wasnt getting any points or anything. Until i realised that glowing thing was when i was to press the buttons.
But after i figured what that was, it was pretty good :D
