Pretty fun game! I like the visuals very much :) I think the limitation is more important than the theme, try to focus more on the limitation next time.
A large healthbar would of been nice, I felt like I was spamming spacebar so much just hearing slashing, not knowing if the boss had infinite health or not.
Amazing graphics. loved the gameplay. controls were a bit weird trying to dodge while controlling movement but i loved the signaling from the eye so i knew what attacks to expect! great job!

Pretty fun game. Like everyone else said the restriction of everything following a rhythm wasn't implemented. I was able to play it and beat the game there were three distinct boss phases and they were awesome. The art was great and just a fun boss fight in general. For me the dash was very difficult to activate, since the only shift button that worked was right next to the WASD keys. My pinky just doesn't bend that way, my only suggestion would be that both shift keys can be used for the dash. Aside from that great game!
Nice presentation and graphics ! It's dynamic and easy to get into but I didn't know if I was hitting correctly the monster or not. I don't see the use of the limitation either. Cool game anyways !
Great art style, everything looked amazing. The soundtrack was also very nice. I wasnt a huge fan of some of the monsters sound effects, but thats all i can complain about for audio.
It would have been nice if there was a bit more than just a boss fight.
As others have mentioned i also dont see how the limitations was used.
Limitation was only in the title but overall its a really good game
cool game, with very impressive art for a game jam! The signs for the boss patterns are very clear, and the movement feels good with the dash.
Same as other, I have absolutely no idea of if I was beating the boss or not, and I couldn't understand what was the use of the limitation. I guess there was a misunderstanding between theme and limitation? Good job anyway, that's a nice game.
I really like the art style, sound, and movement used in this game.
They all work really well and look/sound great.
Unfortunately, this does not fit into the limitation, and also i was not sure what i was doing? there was no purpose to the game. I was dodging the attacks, and attacking the eye - but nothing happens? the eye had no health - it never dies? so there was no point.....
