Really solid little game here, I enjoyed the flow of gameplay when I was moving from 1 to the next adjacent beat, however it got a little awkward moving or skipping further ahead to different spots. This was super neat though and I loved the layout/format you used. Would love to see more!
That has some nice potential to be a good rythm game, but currently its quite hard to play because it doesn't feel natural or synced to the beat of the song. Kind of just unpredictable.
Yep it's definitely sometimes out of sync or unpredictable. If I continue work on this I'll definitely try and fix this.
Fun rhythm game, the interface is clear, though some kind of metronome would help a lot since the pattern changes a lot. I couldn't finish the second song, the end it so fast and confusing :'( (maybe I just suck lol)
Yeah definitely needs some work to make patterns more predictable or better synced to the beat
Thank you! :D
Simplest art in the jam but gives me pure happiness and heart flow! The second one is a little hard for me especially the place that I need to circle around the border of the 3x3 grid, feels my fingers can not follow what I want them to do lol. The music is awesome and the beatmap is great! Would love to see it as a real game in the future!
Thanks for playing! I definitely tried to make the second a level a bit harder just for more of a challenge, and I'm definitely thinking about possibly expanding this further after the jam finishes!
Its amazing how much you can do with such a small 3x3 grid. The game was very fun and fit the limitation perfectly. My rythm sucks so I dont know if this is true, but i feel like the dots didnt always fit to the beat and i was relying more on my eyes than the beat.
Thanks for the feedback! There is definitely an issue with some of the notes being out of sync sometimes, I couldn’t find the cause with that, maybe it’s based on device.
Pretty cool game. I also would like to see the progression, but quite enjoyable gameplay.
Thank you! Something to show progression definitely would have made it better!
Pretty effective and simple rhythm game! Bet it would be great as a mobile game too, I played it on my browser.
Thank you!
Great work! loved the concept, would have loved to see a progression once i lost, so i know how well i did/didnt do.
Thanks for the feedback! That would definitely make the experience better!
Super Fun!!! It’s a interesting take on rhythm game.
Thank you!
