Fights take a little too long, but other than that its quite sweet! Heres a cool idea though: A little item or upgrade of some way allows you to remove a side from the dice, which in turn makes your rolls more consistent
Also AOE is kinda too good but other than that great work!

Great concept. Really like that you can manipulate the dice sides and strategize against the randomness. Kinda reminds me of my entry in that regard. Great stuff overall!!!

very cool game. i like how the control is removed from you by randomising the combat process, but you retain the ability to choose upgrades. it makes for an interesting dynamic.
i found the art quite nice, but the floor tiles imho have quite a bit of contrast which distracts from the actual information in the level.

The graphics, combat and especially movement all felt very clean and crisp, and it made for a really nice experience!

It was a nice decision on a relaxed game between so mnay action ones in this jam ,overall had a good time, my fight did crash versus the spiders in the 3 level, might want to fix it :)

Loved the idea! It’s easy see how this could be expanded upon, for a dicebuilder roguelike game. :)
The more frustrating part was that there was no way to remove options for your dice, so I couldn’t optimize my throws. :p

The game looks and plays nice, I think I just wish there was more decision-making when it came to the combat, since it kind of just plays itself. Maybe rolling multiple options and getting to pick one? Or in multi-enemy combats, getting different types of attacks or spells you can apply to the different enemies?
We actually had that in mind, having multiple type dices and more combat options, but sadly the time stopped us, we try to keep it simple to meet the time, thanks for playing!!

Really nice game, if it were me, I would've given more control to the player in combat, but I don't think that's what you were going for. Regardless, awesome game.
Thanks for playing, initially we plan to have more dice options, more spells etc, but the time is too short, we're just glad we finished something.
Managing the ever growing pool of dice is quite interesting when anticipating the upcoming enemies, but the battles can sometimes get stuck in awkward situations for a while which really slows the pace, especially when you’re hitting space over and over. I had to restart several times because pressing space just before the victory screen rolls the dice again and causes a softlock in the next battle. Some upgrades such as the max HP didn’t seem to do anything. Other than that it is a fairly relaxing game that’s nicely presented.

A good idea, a bit to slow paced for my liking but it has potential, I did encounter an issue when fighting the ghost enemies, the game got stuck and didn’t do anything.

A solid concept for a game, the artwork is very nice! I'd have liked to see faster movement speed, it was quite slow moving around the dungeons.
The fights are cool and quite satisfying when you get a crit and annihilate your opponent. The little dice roll sounds are very satisfying too. But pressing space over and over is a bit tedious, it could just play itself out.
The only other thing I noticed is standing next to a door takes you to the next level, when I expected to actually have to go through it.

Didn't make the graphics or sound but they are well put together, gameplay is alright and it has quite a bit of depth to it, but its very repetitive.
Initially we planned for more dice option and types, but had to settle because the time is up, thanks for playing none the less!
