How does your game fit the theme?
The dice are joined together, they move together, their sums change the world around them. No dice are left behind. I also thought (since English is not my first language) that when you count the pips on multiple dice was called "joining together" the numbers, but I was mistaken. Woopsies.

Lmao you could literally resubmit this for this years jam with no changes

I know right :P Im cooking up something else but having a hard time pushing this entry out of my head :P

"Only" 604 moves for level 2... :D  Thank goodness for bridges.  I really like this.  It's forgiving enough to reward experimentation and just kind of bumbling discovery, or you can carefully calculate all your moves if you want to play dice chess.  The music is nice and soothing too, good for thinking or doing.
I think this is amazing and really appreciate it.  Thank you so much for making it!  Cheers ^_^

I really liked the look of the game and the idea is really solid. However, in practice, I found I had little to no intuition of how to get the dice sums to add up correctly.

Submitted

This looks like a really solid puzzle game. Though I can't make it past the beginning of level 2.

Really clever idea that's well executed, I love the vibe and aesthetic of this game :D

Simple and good idea. I don't have much to comment, the game is executed very nicely. It just needs to expanded on, because its good;) And I think it should be easy.

Maybe the only feedback from me: I mostly solved all puzzles via trial and error, not some planning. But I think its ok.

Developer(+1)

:D glad you liked it. I know people solve puzzles differently, that's why I opted for move counting instead of a fail state. Nothing sadder than having a lot of effort put in, but because the player didn't do exactly as the dev wanted them to, they get a slap in the face.

Really interesting game concept. Loved the puzzle design even if it was a bit hard at times.

Cool concept and design, I like the idea!

I see that you went for a hard puzzle game but for me it is a bit too hard, maybe by just adding a few easier levels at the beginning to teach the player what is going on it would make it more accessible.

Good game.

Developer

Yeah, I went too deep too early, given more time I would make a smoother learning/difficulty curve, but there you are :)

Fun and challenging mechanic yet easy to understand!

Submitted(+1)

Well polished in visual, gameplay, animation juiciness and also music. Well done!

Love the look and feel of this game. Great work! Puzzle is a little bit hard for me :D

I'll be honest, i am not big-brained enough to properly solve, only by brute-forcing it, and even then only the first and third level i've managed to "win". Nevertheless, it's quite a polished and well-explained game for a 48-hour game! Kudos!

Hi Terra, its true, the difficulty in this build is rather ramped, since there is no easing into some of the challenges :) Once I make a "real" version, this is one of the things that needs addressing. But I thank you for giving it a try.

Submitted

i like pretty much everything about this game! Puzzles are quite hard for me though:D nice one! 10 gamedesigns out of 10!

Developer(+1)

Thanks mate :) the ramp is steep, too steep for a release game, but I had so much I wanted to show in few levels. Once I make the full thingy, I promise to have a slower burn when it comes to ramping up difficulty.

Submitted(+1)

It looks lovely and sounds lovely and the design is nice but I think it starts off way too difficult.

Developer

Thanks, and yeah, the skill ramp is quite steep, hard to get a feel for it when you are both player and designer. Will make a softer climb for the future version :)

Wow, what a lovely game. Very thinky, but the hint that there is always a way made me keep trying.

Love the presentation, so crisp and wonderfully produced.

Superb submission!

Developer(+1)

Thanks mate :) So eager to put more levels in there for a future version.

The presentation on this is "simple" but fantastic - it really gives me the same feeling of zen and calm that Dorfromantik brings. The shaders for the dice are wonderful and the clickety-clacks all just make this so polished and so nice. Could/definitely will be spending hours cracking these puzzles!

Can't wait for the Steam release ;)

Developer

That is solid praise :D I will yeet you a steam code as soon as I can, as the young people say :)

Congrats on the excellent puzzle design, and all in 48 hours. You could definitely expand this to more levels after the jam is over. Good work!

Really nice and a bit tricky game. Definitely worth 5 star

Excellent game, really nicely explained with the tooltips and very enjoyable. It was challenging without being frustrating and I could definitely spend hours playing different levels of this. Well done.
