That's a funny game, very retro enemy fights. I liked the options per each claw and tail, gives it more variety. Lots of different enemies too for a game jam. The shaders are pretty cool with the outlines too but would be nice if it was a bit more uniform in style.

The mushrooms are my favorite!

My stream of playing your game amongst others.

Really good game! The music is very good and the game play is smooth! Amazing work!

Great game! I really liked the battles and the options in each. I felt a bit poor when trying to buy perks, though, haha. Loved the music!

Impressive work! I enjoyed the old school feel and combat mechanics.

This is an excellent game, I'm keeping it in my collection.

I like how you fitted a combat log, minimap and controls on the screen and it still felt ok.
Your game taught me the best way to do a combat log, it's been something I've been wondering about using for a few games also. I'll be looking back at this game as a reference.

This is really cool. The controls work well and I love the idea of the triple threat! Very original. Controlling your stats is also neat.

On the constructive side, maybe combat could do with fewer buttons, so that attacks are faster to perform. Overall a great experience, though! :)

Just like real life, my inability when it comes to initiative is made up for by my schadenfreude! Really cool game, really fits the theme too! I unfortunately had the game crash on me in the second map but I had a fun time with it. Also really cool to be able to buy things from the tiger again. And random powerups every time, baby! A+++ would do buggy business again! Thanks for the dope game once again, Satinel!

Replaying the game to see if I can get past the crash, and I noticed the "t" was missing in Drink Straw.

Also, I really like the tail shadow, and I actually tried stinging multiple times this time and figured out the venom stacks. Neat! Die snake, die!
I think the combat log could maybe be a little more visible though. Maybe larger and at the bottom center of the screen? I kind of missed it most of my first time playing, but paid closer attention this time. There's a lot of cool stuff happening there.

Loving all the details like how you're not overwhelmed by screen shake when you get hit and all the different damage types. Worth playing again, for sure.

what a cool concept! I loved the straight forward name that made me instantly hyped.
the battle system with 3 different attacks was a really cool choice that made it unique and interesting.
I found the winning combination to be left grab + right cross + sting and so I never really changed that approached - so if you want to move forward it would certainly be good to give the player more meaningful choices here. but the basis for a cool game is definitely there. well done!

There is some real fun there! Loved the Kung-Fun theme and the battle sound effects. Definitely saved for play later.

Cool game!

It took me a whole hour, but eventually serpent learned the lesson. Good game, I like the number of different enemies and their design. Closer to the end I was feeling that I'm the god on this map, probably need some tune and balance.

I loved the game man, it felt like im back to playing those old turn based flash rpgs and it was a lot of fun.

And i also cant believe a plushie told me that i dont have the money :((((((

Really fun game, the turning felt a bit slow and  the crab claw didn't kick in and I died on the first enemy on the second map. Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of it, but I thought it was supposed to be basically an extra life?

Either way, I gave it another go and was absolutely rolling through the second area, must have just had very bad RNG the first go. Got about half the map uncovered then the game crashed so never got to finish :(

Wish there was a small auto-battler function or something because the combat does get a little monotonous after a bit once you get leveled up and such. Like, I have over 1k health, and they do.... like 200 the entire fight then instant regen all health at the end? Clicking the inputs became almost a mindless task after a bit.

Still was really enjoyable and if not for the crash I would have still killed every single thing on the map and beaten the whole thing :)

Very fun game. The second map is huge, I wasn’t expecting that. Got maybe 3/4 of the map explored when the game crashed. Have to move on to other games.

Edit: Just wanted to add that the battles do get repetitive but yet I can’t stop playing (until the game crashed) and I don’t know why.

I liked this one a lot! Funny concept and while the combat is pretty simple I did enjoy the combo mechanics, it's got a little more going on then it seems like at first.  Great work.

D&D style beat em up? love it :) spent way to long playing this :D
Could have done with a little more progression "story" wise and a few less battles. but it gave good progression to the character and kept a great balance of challenge and success.

Great job on this one, well done!

also, Random stat every time! :D

Whaaaat Turn based bug games unite!

This was awesome, glad to see you produce another banger! Lots of cool stuff in this! I thought the way you handled the mini map threat indicators was really cool. Turn speed could be sped up, It was rare but turning around was a chore. Really wild how much content is here, amazing work!

Great job! I love the old school music and the feel of the RPG dungeon crawler put into this years theme. You hit the mark on this one.

Awesome work Satinel! Great job with this. I had a huge laugh at the "shop keeper". The turning felt very limited and difficult to aim down the corridors.
