Great visuals and the atmosphere is also amazing!
Great job!
The visuals are something else. Nice job and keep the good work!
I sure hope the hundreds of missed bullets and a few errant torpedoes don't cause any side effects to this medication...
Well put together! The controls took a bit of getting used to but played very smoothly once I understood them, which I feel is a great accomplishment for a six degrees of freedom game. The combat was simple and, thankfully for me, quite easy, since I had infinite ammo and no need for strong accuracy. It reminded me some of what little I played of the very old Tie Fighter PC game.
The graphics are suitably biological and the sonar and UI give a good impression of being in a (very tiny) submarine.
I did miss a lot of what Dr. Lab Coat was saying since I needed to get my bearings and then blast some viruses, but I'm pretty sure I understood the gist of it! (And I didn't see any wreckage of the last 'test subject/volunteer' anywhere...)
Great job all around!
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
Game crash on load – Out of Video Memory
Review based on the description and YT gameplay video.
FPS with Aquanox atmosphere and Decent feel of controls.
Poor patient X has a lot missing organs. LOL!
The theme was well incorporated throughout the game, but the story fell flat as there are no missions and outcome.
This game has some really good potential when adding more mechanics such as currents impacting view and control efficiency, vehicle damage, white blood cells attacking, environment damage, red blood cells being in the way, “underwater” effects applied to shooting and kills, enemy identification and relevant weapons selection, missions, and of course a map. Curious to how the player will exit the body.
Good submission and thank you for the inspiration!
Thanks for attempting to play! The issue you described is unfortunately not one we've seen on any of our dev machines, including one running on a 1070 with only 8GB VRAM, which still averages between 40-60 fps even at this early stage. We are constantly making improvements and optimizations to accommodate lower end hardware, a process that will remain ongoing throughout development.
Patient X does appear to be missing organs. Perhaps they're not strictly human? The story will continue to develop as well as we add new chapters and functionality to the existing prototype for our quest system. Stay tuned!
Thank you for the additional feedback and ideas that you shared! It's great to hear that even just our gameplay footage inspired so many imaginative ideas, many of which we were already considering or had as a part of our roadmap, signifying that we're probably on a good path. We're looking forward to developing the concept further from here.
The aesthetics of this game immediately made me feel excited and wanting to explore. The graphics and the lighting is done beautifully. Great job!
Thanks so much! 😊 We really appreciate the kind words — it means a lot! We're glad the visuals drew you in — we wanted that surreal, inner-body vibe to really pop. More polish and improvements are on the way!
Thanks!
Very cool concept! The atmosphere shows a lot of great work, and you can really feel the tension while exploring and searching for the viruses. Although I expected more navigation through the veins of the body, the floating organs inside the rib cage feel a bit out of place. Still, stepping outside for the first time is truly impressive. The beauty of the environment stands out. I completely agree with the person who said it reminded them of Subnautica. It’s very well crafted.
Regarding the controls, I felt the ship's camera could have been more responsive, as it's sometimes difficult to reorient yourself. The viruses move too fast in comparison, both when attacking and when fleeing. That said, their designs are great, and their speed and appearance up close can be quite surprising, which is definitely a positive.
Also, like others mentioned, the pause menu doesn’t actually pause the game, and once you finish it, there’s no way to exit from within. You have to close it externally.
You’ve done a great job and I’d love to see an extended version of this concept in the future. I think it could become a fantastic game.
Thank you for taking the time to play our game. Navigation is one of the key points we have started discussing and giving objectives per organ to encourage exploration and navigation, along with new threats and powerups so stay tuned there is more to come yet!
AI is another key focus for us, getting them to behave as we would like in the intricate passageways was a fun challenge for our AI team but I think they have done a stellar job and continue to pull new tricks out the bag with each new pass, and ship controls are being looked into aswell!
Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed review, rest assured we read all points and note them all down. Oh and I missed a trick with the menu huh? The game now pauses when the menu is up.. simple mistake but one that shall be a staple of double triple check that functionality!
Great art design, the atmosphere, the sound, everything clicked. It really felt like flying inside a living body. The game is just the right size for a game jam!
I loved the indication widgets around the enemies.
Space-ship controls are hard to implement, very good work both on the movement and shooting mechanic. (I only ran into a few scenarios where Q and E started rotating the ship around the aiming axis, instead of turning the ship, which was the intended behavior from what I understood).
A few nitpicks:
- The spaceship was not centered in the radar widget, i.e. the projectiles were not starting at the center of the circle but somewhere in the right side.
- The pause menu didn't pause the game.
Great work!!!
Thanks for taking time to play the game! Controls are something we are actively looking at to see if we can increase the level of immersion, and good job noticing the radar blips! Those have actually been fixed and the radar system improved for better functionality. Your kind words help motivate us to press on and keep improving! Thankyou :)
Thanks a lot for the kind words, BenskiGameWorks! We're really glad the atmosphere and controls resonated with you—especially the feeling of flying inside a living body. That means a lot!
Appreciate the feedback on the ship rotation and the radar projectile alignment—great catch, we'll definitely be refining those. And yep, that pause menu issue is on our RADAR too. 😅
Thanks again for playing and taking the time to write such thoughtful feedback. 🙌
Thanks for playing!
Very cool. Loved the aesthetic. Almost had a horror element to it, like Subnautica, paired up with Descent, if you've heard of that game. One of those games that makes you wonder what a larger version would look like...

Thankyou for the kind words. I am familiar with Subnautica, my wife played it a lot and she commented on how it made her feel small, vulnerable and sometimes fearful when venturing out in the vast open spaces.
I wasn’t able to play this as I don’t have access to a windows computer. Based off your YouTube video I love how similar our games are, we picked basically the same story, the same gameplay, only difference is 2D / 3D :)
congrats to you and the team, it really looks great!
Awesome game. You guys really did an amazing job with the environment. Well done.
Should have replied sooner but was riding the high and pressing on with development.. thankyou for taking time to stream our game and play it with such passion. As you know we have all grown under the tuition of Stephen and his admin team - yourself included - so we must say thanks to you guys especially, without your help, guidance and nurturing this likely wouldn't have been possible!
No doubt we will be pestering you guys in the discord to test out future updates. Again thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoyed play testing it :)
Awesome job! The graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay is fun
Please bear with when loading - initial load takes approx 30 seconds at which point the game smooths out
i forgot to mention the optimization part aswell, games runs poorly on high end pc ( 30-50 ) fps
I updated the build. I'm getting 90 to 180 fps. Thank you for the feedback!
The game environment is very large, and I feel like the navigation feature on the left isn’t working — I kept getting lost all the time. Besides that, the gameplay is fun, and the environment is stunning and very well polished. Great job!
