Great idea, and well executed. Going in to the rain drop was nice touch!

Super imaginative way to approach the theme. Everything was clean, the gameplay, graphics, and sound. Great job!

Really cool concept and tight gameplay, I loved it! Very fun :)

couldn't really get so far 😂, but the idea of going into the water and grapping other pacteria or other stuff was really cool, pretty well polished and made, Great Game!

Very cool concept and fun to play.

Very cool idea!

I found a bug - if you reach a raindrop, you sometimes land a bit outside of the drop and then you can move further away without falling off the raindrop.

All in all cool game! Well done!

Thanks for enjoying our game and letting us know about that bug!

Great idea with going in and out of water droplets and a very cute tardigrade swimming animation. I would have loved for there to be more purpose to find something inside the droplets, it felt like it was better to just keep to the border and move out as soon as I had enough water. The music, sounds, and art worked very well together and this was a great match for the theme! Great job!

Cute game concept!

I got to 415nm, I really liked the going in and out of water drop view + gameplay transition. The inside of the droplet reminded me a bit of Spore.

Really enjoyed this. The core mechanic with the water drops is clever.. makes you want to risk it for better rewards. Nice smooth transitions and the controls felt good. Great job with the visuals and the music, adds a lot to the mood. The tardigrade is a fun choice for the theme and you managed to make the tiny world concept come through well. Very solid jam entry

What a great mechanic! So the closer you are to hitting the ground, the more resource abundant the droplets are. The higher up you are, the more baddies you encounter. Cool artwork, great music, great all around game! Well done!

Thank you for playing our game and the wonderful comments! Yes, your interpretation is correct; that's how we tried to introduce limited balancing in the time we had!

This is an excellent work! mechanics, sound, idea, controls are very smooth. Congrats for this entry!

I love that you used a tardigrade for the theme, they’re such fascinating creatures! The game is really well done; the controls and transitions felt great, very smooth. I especially appreciated the little preview that gives you a rough idea of the contents inside the water drop, that was a very nice touch. One thing I’d suggest improving is the sudden encounters with enemies right after entering a drop: sometimes you start taking damage immediately with no time to react. Great work overall!

Thanks for playing enjoying our game and thanks for the feedback! We definitely want people to explore the raindrops, so we'll have to make the random creature distribution not place any where the player will end up.

You came up with a very cool idea for the theme! And I loooove tardigrades, they need the representation! Mechanic was a bit off for me, i got stuck couple times between air and water. The lore is great, a nice educational game.

Nice concept and execution! I was able to get to 162nm! Needed to get used to the controllers a bit, though. I would suggest to check if it wouldn't be better to put the rotation pivot on the center of the charater instead of on its tip.
You managed to do multiple tiny worlds in a single game! Well done!

Developer

Thanks for the review and suggestion. Well look into that!

Got to 442! Great game!

Very interesting concept with a good amount of polish! I found the transitions from air to water quite disorienting, but I imagine it would be hard on such a lil guy.

Dope scroller game!

Nice work! I like how the enemies in the water have tentacles that try to get you.

Developer

Thank you! I learned how to create those as part of this jam!
