Like the theme adaptation and story, the artwork and overall feel is really nice aswell. Tho I was a bit confused at times what to do but maybe thats intended, it was nice that the guide existed so that i could finish the story.

I really like this game! Super cool use of the theme to tie into the story's main theme! I was a bit lost, I couldn't find the glass but apart from that, this is a solid entry!
Impressive work! The story really got me, and I absolutely loved the artstyle.
I loved the message. It played well, but I was confused most of the time haha.
What a cute little game! Had a lot of fun playing it, nicely done!
One more thing...
Why are you reading my comment??? Don't you have something better to do?
My feedback is insignificant.
But who cares?!?
The story and the progression was a wery unique idea, maybe the music is the weekest part of the game, but the theme and the fluidness of the animations with the stepping sounds are compensate this small thing.
It was a bit creepy but it was fun.
Good job!
Go check my game and rate it if you have some time.
Have FUN :3
Very interesting and linear story :D Ireally dug the zooming out as the story moved on!
The mirror jumped me a few times xD. to touch on a comment I read, maybe changing the keys to answer would benefit the gameplay as I'm used to passing dialogue with Q but suddenly miss out on prompts /questions on press. In addition some answers were cut off for me (i played in fullscreen) where I didn't know what button was for yes. Finally, I got stuck at a ppart where the mirror just beckoned but wouldn't give me anything when I clicked :// then i ran around to talk to everyone and interact with everything but it was really pushing the mirror narrative. That's all I have to say though :) Very fun game, congrats on your submission1!!
I really liked the cubes, a lot more than I expected actually. They were cute and the visuals as a whole really worked for this. Music and sounds were also good. A few minor pieces of feedback but nothing that affected my enjoyment:
a) Perhaps proofread for things like capital letters? E.g. straight away lower case 'i' was used instead of 'I'. Generally my eyes skim over it but I think in a story-driven game it can ruin immersion a bit as it makes it feel a bit less polished (totally understandable for a jam though).
b) The first time I spoke to the mirror I absolutely jumped out of my skin. This isn't necessarily an issue but before that it felt like a happy cozy game and I wasn't expecting the mood whiplash so it put me on edge a bit.
c) When I was talking (e.g. to the little orange guy) I found the controls a bit awkward. E.g. I press the key to go 'next' after each piece of dialogue but then have to switch to e or q to respond. Sometimes I accidentally pressed next and I had to start again. I think it would be good to block this from happening and force 'e' or 'q' and maybe a separate key if you want them to be able to end dialogue without choosing an option. This is all more for if you were wanting to turn it into a full game though.
Overall an interesting game. There was a good story, good characters and I really like that it was an RPG. An interesting take on the theme. Great job!
Fantastic story! Had me hooked the entire time. I loved all the little visual effects you used to show the size of everything.
The music and the story are for sure the highlights. Especially when it starts really zooming out! That was an awesome take on the tiny world theme! I did find the actual gameplay difficult. It isn't really clear where to go and trying to give peoples things kind of felt like just mashing the the e/q buttons at different times until it worked correctly. I really liked the ending though!
You kinda just give them the items if you click e for yes… I definitely need more of a tutorial ha ha. Thanks sm for the kindness tho, I honestly spent longer than I’d like on mechanics(first ever top down game and first ever game with dialogue), so the story fell flat from the idea. I appreciate it tho bro—can’t believe someone played it through!
