The web version is bugged, maybe that's why it felt janky. Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

Thank you for the feedback! The web version has visual bugs (also mentioned on the submission page), the hitbox isn't small it is just that the damage is dealt during the animation frames so spamming quickly will trigger the animation sequence again without dealing damage. I understand that right now we can spam special attacks and beat the game easily, that is what we were aiming for when we made it this way. We wanted the player to beat the game easily, some people like challenges but most people want to beat the game in about 5 minutes and move on to try some other games (since it is a jam game). Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts!

Thank you for playing! We didn't test on multiple monitors, thank you for letting us know about this bug!

Thank you for the feedback! It is true that low-poly environment should not be used with realistic models but we went for the decision so it fits the theme. As for the combat system, we recommend trying the windows version as the browser version has some visual bugs (also mentioned on the game page). The abilities are there just to add some variety to the gameplay, there is no levelling up; I apologize if it caused some confusion, thank you for playing!

Thank  you for playing!

Thank you for the feedback! The cursor lock was not possible as the player has to choose abilities after every stage, it is a design flaw and I apologize if it made the game not fun to play. Thank you for playing though!

The colliders are not set correctly, the music is a bit crude and not to my liking. That being said, the sprites and animations were charming, overall a decent entry!

Looks like I found like minded people (people whose games have long titles :D)! A very nice game, I really enjoyed the music and the visuals, well done!

I was not expecting a FPS game about shooting rats let alone collecting resources from the back of a golem! Good job!

I spent so much time trying to perfectly time the jump only to realize we have double jump! You guys should probably mention it somewhere! The platforming it a bit difficult especially with the hallucinations but I am assuming that was the entire plot of the game; great job!

Thank you for playing!

It is a bit overwhelming to be honest, I didn't quite understand some of the mechanics. The visuals were nice and the animations were good as well. Someone already pointed out the action queue being unpredictable and I agree, still it is a decent entry, well done!

Thank you for playing! It sure is a bit short XD !

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize that we couldn't come up with a decent story/any indication of victory, thank you for playing though!

Thank you for the feedback! The web version is buggy but I totally understand your points regarding effects and polishing, thank you for playing!

A very nice and relaxing game! I don't know how someone fishes in volcano/sky, I really love this whacky idea :0 !

Thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing!

I liked the puzzle animations in the levels and your menu screen where puzzle pieces "rain" from the top of the screen! Nice work!

A nice visual novel game! I am curious how you made this one, it runs in the browser and loads previous saves... are you using session storage or cookies?

I have played a very similar game (Bred and Fred) , it has the same concept where two characters are tied by a rope. You can make a looping background music as the game becomes silent after a while, I like your pixel-art characters and animals; nice work!

I really liked this game! The puzzles were nice and the music and animations were all very appealing. The windowed screen cuts the UI which makes it a bit odd but that did not affect the game play, well done!

I like visual novels, I didn't quite understand the story (the end of the world and restoration is the only thing I could make sense of or was is something different?), I just wished the game had a choice system. That is what makes visual novels appealing, choices that change the narrative and lead to a different outcome. I did like your art style and the menu soundtrack was enjoyable, good job!

I had fun playing this game, I have played games like these before and I always find the concept interesting. The animations were cute and the pixel art was appealing, great job!

Congrats on your first game! The game is a bit hard as the ball jumps if you rotate the board too fast, considering your first game you did a very good job!

You guys really made a satisfying game, there are visual bugs but apart from that the game is enjoyable; well done!

I like the shop system and the synergy mechanics, nice work!

It took me some time to figure the game but it was fun! Nice work!

Thank you for playing!

I liked your game, it has a very spooky atmosphere and I liked your point and click mechanic! Though I did not go very far, it was fun to play. The game can use some mouse sensitivity settings as it seemed a bit high for me, other than that the game is well designed, nicely done!

Thank you for playing, I am glad you and your daughter liked it!

Thank you for playing, there is a music setting in the menu!

(1 edit)

Thank you for playing! Also I never said it was Mario 👀, it's Duper Cherio 😂

I just played your game, it is a cool concept. The atmosphere was spooky with fog and good use of lighting, the movement was buggy for me, like it wasn't entirely smooth and was lagging at times. Maybe you can also provide a downloadable version in case the web version isn't building properly? I never put a Godot game in a browser so I can't really say what's causing this lag issue, still a nice game overall. Good job!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing!

This was a fun little game. I really liked the snake game part, would like to see how you expand on this in future (if you do that in case); well done!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you! I wanted to add more levels and traps but barely finished the game the last day, I truly appreciate the feedback and suggestions :D
