Played your game on stream. If you wanted to watch me go through it I've got the vod below timestamped to your game
It’s the first time I watch someone I don’t know play a game I made and it was painful 😅... but only at first then it was a good experience.
Thank you for sharing the video and for the feedback!
Super interesting concept!
Was a bit too hard for me, but thanks to the "next" button I did see more levels and found that there were some that I was able to fulfill cleanly, which made me very proud, good job!
Unfortunately, the game made my graphics drivers crash when I dropped the egg for the second time so I didn't see the end, but this was definitely worth playing!
Cool concept! I love the theming of the day. Unfortunately, level 1 was easy, and level 2 was already absurdly difficult. With some balancing this could be amazing though!
The game might be a bit too challenging for me :D
Nice that you added a skip button after a couple of tries, so that I could experience all the levels though.
The difficulty of the levels does not ramp up in a linear order though. I would reorder the levels a bit.
I did enjoy the 2d + 3d artstyle. Good job :)
Definitely challenging. I got most of the levels, but ultimately gave up. I loved the premise and the design though. I think the only thing I would recommend is adding a brief delay between clicking the retry button and tilting the platter, as quit often it would tilt immediately and immediately fail again.
Great advice! Now that I think of it that happens to me too.
Thank you for playing. 🙏
Well, the concept is very interesting; the game is engaging, I got stuck for about 20 minutes, but I couldn't get past level 10. Moreover, levels 4, 7, and 9 are much easier than even 2, let alone 3. The tilt controls provide more hope than real help — in the end, it requires taking small steps to progress, so level 10 with the jump and 2 cubes became impassable for me : ( Overall, if you move a bit away from the physics model towards an arcade style, I think it would be beneficial.
Thank you for the feedback and for playing!
Rated -- LOL hilarious premise and actually a lot of fun, even though my penguin couldn't even deliver the first box for the longest time *sob* ToT. I got it tho :)
Nice to hear that you got it in the end 😅.
Thank you for playing!
Very cute!
Thanks, I appreciate it!
suuuuuuuuuuper hard! I always love a good physics based rage game (I went that route for my game as well). I think the difficulty could scale a little more gently. Level one I went from not having to touch the mouse at all to succeed, to Level Two where I spent a good 5-10 to pass. Good job and I think with some fine tuning this could be a really fun rage game, just a little too hard for me where it currently stands!
Really appreciate the feedback. I agree that the difficulty curve can be improved. Cheers!
Cool idea, just kind of difficult
Thank you for taking the time to play. 🙏
Great premise. I found it a little bit too difficult but it was still fun
Glad you found it fun. 😊
Cool Idea! Good Job.
Thanks! 👍
Congratulations for this simple and effective game ! Loved the "doom" style, rotating sprite in 3D environment, sound effect are also great and ice cube physics is nice ! Well done dude
Thakn you the kind words. ☺️
ow! I had so much fun playing it.
It's simple, but the 3D physics-based mechanics seem to blend so harmoniously with the game's concept.
If you further refine the stage design and difficulty aspects, it could turn into an amazing game.
Nice work!
Oh man, I enjoyed this. Cute and quirky setting, honestly challenging - but you'll get the hang of it. I actually 'cheated' two levels (in the sense that I finished the level without the ice blocks), and eventually had to 'skip' the last level.
No criticisms, really, other than level 2 was surprisingly difficult and almost had me quit - glad I didn't :)
I'm very very happy to hear you made it until the end. You must be one of the few! Congrats! \o/
Who knew being a penguin would be so difficult but fun at the same time. I love the walking animation and the mix between 2D penguin and 3D surroundings. The controls felt intuitive yet challenging. Very well done :)
Funny game !
The difficulty in this game makes the enjoyment so good. There were many moments where I realized "If I move at this speed and jump and catch the objects at this speed then..." which eventually got me to beat (almost) every level. This felt like a cozy dark souls experience. Awesome idea and great sound/art design!
It's amazing how such a simple concept can be SO ENGAGING! Lovely job. Hard to pass up a game featuring a penguin. ... I dropped a lot of ice blocks.
I made it all the way to 5 cubes going around obstacles. That was fun. I love Physics.
