2048 TOWER's itch.io pageHow does the game fit the theme?
“2048 TOWER” is a game that blends the classic 2048 experience with a physics-based block-building twist.
If you pay enough attention, nothing like falling off will happen!
But if they falling well, there's nothing wrong with that 😄😄
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
More than half of the play logic code & sound assets
In fact, since the game was uploaded in a mostly completed state before the jam began, I must disclose that it does not meet the eligibility requirements for the jam.
However, I would gratefully and attentively consider any feedback you might have.
How many people worked on the game?1

Oh, it seems we cannot rate the game, not sure why :/ , quite polished little game, nice spin on the genre. I got like 7-8 floors I think.
I didn't get the pile-up mechanic at first but it turned out to be fresh, chaotic, and fun gameplay!
It's a little confusing that sometimes I don't know why the game spawned a new layer while I did not make a new 64. Overall it's a cool game!
A fun and unique twist on 2048! I got much further that I thought I would, reaching a score of over 2000 before my tower fell.
super polished. I like the concept too. I didn't realize the tower could fall until it all came crashing down at once! oops.
really cool
It is like a child of ketchapp's Stack and 2048. Game idea is genious great job!
Oh! You got it exactly right.
Design-wise, It was most influenced by Stack.
Thank you for the kind feedback!
Hey Your Game Was Very Enjoyable and Fun I Got To 1560 Point xd. Good Work
This is a really funny take on 2048. I liked it when my tower fell.
A funky take on a classic game :)
I liked how you realize theme
Great visuals and music—both work very well together. I scored 1540 on the second try. Is there a reason why, at first, there are no new blocks for a minute or more, but then they start popping up one after another very quickly?
Thank you for playing and for the great feedback! 😀
To help new users grasp how the blocks move, intentionally set the initial block popping number a bit higher😁
Game play is very fun. I coulda have gotten higher but I used the plug and dragged down the entire tower haha. Great work!
I'm glad you had fun playing! Thank you!
Congrats on the submission!
I will list everything that I've found good and bad about the game, and maybe some possible improvements:
Great submission!
Thanks for playing, and thank you so much for the detailed feedbacks!😭
Game was made before the game jam, it have a dev log. Still cool though.
Very nice spin on classic idea!
