Cute little game with the classic but enjoyable hook of making movement a little challenging, nice job!

Very original movement. It’s also pleasure to see that upgrades change not only the numbers, but the visual too. Great work!
Nice visuals and very polished! The controls were a bit hard to get into at first but once you have them you can do very satisfying maneuvers. Would have loved some music in the dialogue and shop scenes, but very strong game anyways!
I'm sorry, I can't get used to the controls, but the visuals are great!
Man this was great, reload upgrade my beloved
Charming writing and visuals, fun gameplay loop with unique restraints. I love how the rotation constraint & the spinning gun constraint end up working together to create these sick moments where you fly around an enemy ship with the gun perfectly synchronized so that you pump em full of lead in an instant
A very strong submission indeed
This one is with a good twist. Like it but don't understand the reason for the rotation constraints. It feels a little weird while you try to turn the ship around but a good work for one week project.
absolute cinema, the game manages to be so fun that I almost forgot to rate the game because I spent so much time playing it, btw one of the best games I've ever played
Wave 7, Saw a funky UI at the top right of the screen, clicked, restarted, the fun stopped abruptly :((
I was basically just zooming around with maxed out speed, rotation and reload.
Though I do think just WASD to accelerate and move is all that's needed. It was quite weird having to move with space, because my thumb was glued to it the whole run. Maybe make an option to toggle it.
And then a real BOOM when a ship exploded. Gotta get that dopamine hit every time you kill an enemy :)
But yeah, it was genuinely fun. Very fun.
I really liked the game, art looks really nice and loved the intro. I think the controls would be way better if it allowed for constant rotation, instead of randomly blocking when we reach a certain angle and then having to rotate with the other button. Also although auto rotating canon is a cool and fitting feature, I think atleast being able to shoot manually (not aim) would be good, as it would add more depth to the gameplay
Very polished and fun game! I liked the dialog and the concept of the game, very fitting to the theme. If I were to provide some suggestions, more audio feedback would go a long way for a game like this. Impactful hit noises, big explosions, that type of deal.
Art is great and enemies were very fluid and kind of hilarious to deal with. Managed to beat the game on my first try!
I love the narrative design especially how reaching certain waves gives a new dialogue. UI for upgrades is awesome. I like the gameplay although the speed was too fast at times when you pick up the speed boost. Although I did try to max out speed on upgrade hehe. Keep up the good work! This was an enjoyable game!
Almost nothing went wrong! I only died .. twice or thrice I think?
Funny game ^_^ sometimes I'd just go round and round an enemy ship and the canon would just never want to hit it haha
I love the spaceship design! Wish there was more feed back on taking damage like turning the Sprite white showing I was taking more dmg. Great job!
Nice game and it was fun to play. However the controlls on mnk where a bit wierd. I felt like mouse would be better for for steering though I can probably get used to it. Also PLS MAKE THE LOBBY BUTTON have a querry. Especially when it does not say what the button does. Cause I got kicked out of a long run. Apart from that GOOD JOB!
I have really enjoyed playing your game! In my opinion, movement mechanics is very fun and makes gameplay very interesting!
Thanks for making the sound a bit more quiet, I blow away my eardrums haha.
The main character was well written and I enjoyed the overall story. I think the only thing I really disliked about this game, was the controls of the movement. The Rotating tower is a cool and nice idea, but pressing D and the ship slowly to a 90° degree angle just fell a bit off. After awhile I got used to it but it never really felt fun to control.
Other than that great game, it was queit fun to upgrade the ship, dodge the enemies and try to hit tem with the rotating tower. Very solid and fun entry!
