  • - An In-game tutorial would have been nice
  • + Very polished visuals and sound.
  • + Solid gameplay loop
  • - Feels a bit random at times.
  • + Fits the theme well.
  • + By far the most innovative game in the jam, good job!
  • - The levels left a lot to be desired. I feel that the game relied too much on the game jam gimmick.
  • + Art and visuals feel very nice, they blend together well and the narrator is a nice touch.
  • - More feedback on some aspects of the game(getting hit), or making the player seem more dynamic or the shooting would have been nice.
  • + The videos are very funny, reminds me of "Inscryption"! I'm guessing it was one of your sources of inspiration.

Congrats on the entry, its super cool!

  • + Cool game idea
  • ~ Maybe a tutorial would have been nice?
  • + Very nice visuals & audio, the game feels overall very polished
  • - I think that the green resource(I've forgotten its name) can be quite hard to manage, and unsatisying to play with. If it starts reaching the range 4-5 the game feels pretty much lost.
  • + I feel it fits the theme pretty well!

Congrats on the entry!

  • - I have no clue where I'm supposed to go or what I'm supposed to do.
  • + Music is nice.
  • - Some of the animations are weirdly made.

Nice game!

  • + The core idea is there and the mechanics seem cool.
  • -  There is no indicator to show the fruit I'm currently selecting. One would help a lot.
  • - There is no visual indicator for: How much damage I'm taking when moving a fruit, and how many points a match gives me. Look all the time above the table doesn't make sense and it's tiring. You could make numbers appear where the moves were made.
  • + Music is good but the transition is to abrupt.

The idea is nice, good job!

Hello! Nice game! Here's some feedback:

  • - Weird z-fighting for the fire sprite when the stove breaks. I imagine that might be a bug.
  • + Food names are funny haha
  • - The fire animation is delayed sometimes for some reason.
  • + I think the game fits the theme pretty well
  • + Concept is cool and could easily be expanded.

Congrats!

Thanks a lot!

This is a common feedback, and you are absolutely right! Tool-tips would greatly improve the game. Thanks a bunch for the feedback!

Audio would have helped a lot, I think that will be my main priority (besides more cards and tooltips for them :p) Thanks for the feedback!

Haha, that also happend to me! Tooltips for the cards would help a lot. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! I've tried adding more cards that add trust but I kind of failed. The game design could be improved for sure.

Thank you for the kind words!

Thank you for the feedback!

A more in-depth tutorial would help, yes. The early frames don't show that much. Also maybe some tooltips for the cards would make the game better. Maybe even showcase what the buildings does with the shadow of it that hovers.

Thanks for the feedback! I know its kind of chaotic, having just the small tutorial at the start doesn't really help. I'll keep in mind when I'll try to fix it!

Thanks! The buildings interacting with each-other was my main goal. I think I missed an opportunity to make the arsonist burn all nearby buildings, could've used it agains the werewolves.

Thank you very much! Indeed I also believe I could have polished it more, like having sound, that would clearly help haha

  • + Fun gameplay loop. SImple but effective.
  • + The storyline is quite cute. I actually got attached to the grub because it was very wholesome.
  • - The turning felt unatural, maybe something that would limit turn speed?
  • + The powerup system is smart, it made me want to play the game more(I got a lot of attack speed).
  • - Minor complaint: The keyboard sound for the narrator felt a bit off, didn't really fit the game?
  • ~Bug: I think that stamina does basically nothing. I could hold the dash bar constantly even with no stamina and I would still move faster. Maybe adding a cooldown to the stamina before it would recharge? Maybe make the player wait for it charge to full or something?
  • + I liked the big centipede fight, it was surprisingly fun(big reward is a good bonus)

Overall the game was great! Very fun! Congrats :)

  • + Funny overall game.
  • - Gameplay got repetitive fast.
  • ++ Great metaphor for pushing the objects, since at first they have edges and you are "rounding them out" making them more perfect. Very nice touch.
  • - Music was a little repetitive.
  • + Fits well the theme.

Great great work!

Interesting entry! It's rare to see games implement "pseudo-programming" as a means of control.

  • + Great arstyle
  • - I think there should be a very small tutorial at the start of the game, even if the controls are this simple.
  • - The controls were a bit floaty.
  • + It's hard to visualize how far the robot goes, which is great because it makes the player try multiple times
  • + Cute sound design.

Nice entry!

It's basically minesweeper, but with AWESOME GRAPHICS. Now seriously:

  • + The name of the game and the fact that the dogs nose grows bigger is hilarious.
  • - Gameplay is basically minesweeper.
  • - I don't really see how it fits the theme that well. I guess by eating the chocolate?
  • + The sound design is great.
  • + Music is very groovy
  • + Art is nice.

Very calm.

  • + Cute concept.
  • ~ I don't know if it's intentional, but the fact that you can't drown(because the water doesn't go that high) is a very funny detail
  • - Maybe it would have been nice if there were even more things to make the game feel alive, such as seagulls that you could disturb. Or fish swimming, stuff like that. Not really a complaint.
  • + Flute
  • - I think it would be nice if the controls were listed somewhere in the game, I got confused at first. Maybe make them appear above interactables? Or something like a short tutorial.
  • + Animations do a lot for this game, I think you nailed them, even if they were not that many.

Congrats on the entry!

  • + The concept is nice.
  • - There is only one mini-game, probably a bug
  • + The artstyle is nice.
  • -- The game is practically unplayable due to the bug mentioned before.

Very enjoyable, very brainrot. It's asimple, it reminds me most of dino-run(the one you can play if you have no wi-fi).

It's addictive tho, you got the sound effects right. Nice!

Holyy, the game is great

  • + Very cool premise.
  • + The graphics are very very good.
  • - The intro seemed to happen twice(where you are told that you should test the game, it was a bit drawn out)
  • - The first phase, reaching 10 completed mini-games, takes a bit too much time, and I've also gotten the same min-game multiple times(even two times in a row!)
  • + The mini-games are fun tho, and the random controls is a very nice touch to this quick reaction game.

Great job, very nice submission!

Cool game, one of the only fun ones.

There indeed was no big deal inside the bar.  Except the audio which blasted my eardrums. Nice  game!

+ Great overall aesthetic. - Gameplay is not that original, but it is fun.  + Nice sound design. + A lot of funny references throughout the game, and the premise is also pretty cool.

A surprisingly chill game.

I think it fits the theme pretty well and the progression is quite nice, the only issue I've had is that at the early levels I see no reason not to use your skill points. Also the plants are very satisfying and distinct from one another.

Audio and Visuals are good and the gameplay was rather okay.

I expected the game to be much more different with and without the book. :-(

I have nothing to complain about, everything about this game is perfect. The art, the music, the concept all are great and meld together into a great game.

Congrats to the dev team!

Literally nothing went wrong, 10/10.

Great visuals and sound design, I can tell a lot of work went into it.

Very fun and short game. I think you nailed what makes clicker games addictive haha

Congrats on the submission!

I will list everything that I've found good and bad about the game, and maybe some possible improvements:

  • + Very nice spin on the original concept
  • + Gameplay is fun
  • - UI is a bit cluttered for my taste
  • +- The Tower growing concept is very cool, only complaint might be that it grows very fast?

Great submission!

I will list everything that I've found good and bad about the game, and maybe some possible improvements:

  • + Graphics are cute
  • +- Concept is good but implementation is lack-luster
  • - There is a bug with the camera when delivering the next package(character teleports randomly)
  • + Music is nice
  • - It fits the theme but not that strongly.

Nice concept though the reflecting of the ball on the surfaces doesn't really respect physics. Great progress for a 7 day game!

Very charming

Great game, great story, great everything. It's amazing it was made in just 7 days. Congrats to the dev team! Absolutely loved it! :)

Great artstyle! Also really loved the story, I can feel there was love poured into this project

Very charming. Honestly I didn't know what to expect when I opened it, but it was a fun game! Loved the mechanics, it was short & sweet. Cute story, not too much story to overwhelm, just enough to make it heartwarming! Great job! :)

Very well implemented concept. Great job! Loved to see a unique take on the theme, definitely one of the better games from the jam. Congrats!
