Wow, a classic game about escaping, though my mouse still isnt sensitive enough on my device and make it more challenging to navigate around xD but this is actually a good game, nice work!
Thanks, I plan on being able to increase the sensitivity slider more for everyone. Thanks for playing and Commenting. =)
I love the escape the room concept really fun to try and get out but would have done better with more distinct keys or even if the code didn't change every time you die as navigating through the puzzles was challenging enough, either way really cool game I had a lot of fun beating it.
Thanks, I plan on re modeling the keys and Keylocks to kind of be like resident evil style. Diamond Key go to a lock with diamond on it. Thanks for playing and commenting. =)
I really enjoy suspenseful hiding games like this, and you nailed it. Good job!
Thanks =)
Pretty darn fun! Great spooky vibe! Love the setup and gameplay!
Thanks for playing and commenting. =)
I like the game, not sure why but my view kept resetting and i had difficulty picking stuff up because of it.
strange. Yeah in the future I will add a pc download along with webgl build to hopefully help with any issues people end up having with browers. Thanks for playing.
yeah i prefer windows builds usually cause i can play them through the itch launcher but all good!
Congratulations on this very successful work! In my case I was close to getting the solution but I didn’t know what to do with the bathtub…
Thanks for playing. For the bathtub there is an item near the starting point pretty much right beside the flashlight pretty much.
A bit confusing progression but i dig the setting.
yeah, I plan on changing how the interactions work and making everything a lot more clear. Thanks for playing and commenting =)
I like the old-school art style, Progression was a little confusing but the vibes were certainly spooky, nails the halloween horror theme. Good job
Thanks for playing and commenting =)
Quite a good work for an early Unity dev. I see the Horror mansion asset from Synty Studio., it looks nice haha. A bit tricky to find what object is interactive but I guess it will be improved later :)
Yeah, I plan on adding an outline glow for Interactable items. Thanks, I plan on improving a lot of the code for this project as I keep learning. I want to use this as a side project to help reinforce everything I have been learning at school. Might eventually try doing Netcode with GameObjects too.
Wow, really nice work! The aesthetic was great, the vibes were creepy, and the attacker was quite menacing. I'd recommend adding a bit more feedback when interacting with objects, and maybe some highlighting to show what objects are interactable. But overall, great work!
Yeah, I originally had some outlining planned to go after objects when over them but sadly never got to it in time. Definitely will be in future updates. Thanks for playing.
Put together very well, the environment and sounds work very well together, the simple theme, of running from an attacker, is super fun
Thanks =)
Wow! Fantastic game! Very well done!
Thanks. =)
That was really fun! Kinda loved the aesthetic, and the level design was interesting.
Thanks. Yeah, I want and need to further improve my level designing abilities. I am decent but I would love to get a lot better.
I love these kind of puzzle games. I would love to get your feedback on mine.
Thanks for playing, Currently downloading your game name.
Great game! The aesthetics and sound just worked so well together, also loved the cutscenes! Special props for them!
Thanks, I really wanted to practice making cutscenes. It was one of the main reasons I joined the jam.
cool game. web version was a little bit laggy for me. i think pc version would be more stable
Thanks, yeah in the future I plan on having WebGL, PC, Mac, and maybe even an Android build.
I REALLY wanted to play this but I kept getting embedded errors when I tried to interact with the lock. I have terrible luck. I love this art style and I love a good spooky mansion. Hope to come back to it later and play some
That's strange. Have you tried using a different browser ? I play tested it on the edge web browser.
That's a great start for a game in this genre! I suggest you try out our game, it's pretty much the same concept (we also use Synty assets haha) but given we were 5, I guess we could push it a bit further! It might give you ideas if you wish to update this game later ^^
Your level design is neat and the systems are well implemented. Very well done!
Thanks, I've actually played your game and loved it. It was very well polish. I actually plan on refactoring and redoing a lot of my code and cutscenes later on. I already have a large detail plan with 2 more floors, whole outside area, with many different enemies all unique to certain areas of the map. Just got to balance school projects in unity with it lol.
Oh dang that's right haha! Yeah, finding a balance between side projects and everyday work/school is tough. I love game jams because they push me to work on them but for a reduced time scale, which is nice!
Anyway, keep going, you're doing great ^^
the atmosphere was really nice in this game :) if you could interact with all of the stuff you placed in the game it would be really cool
Thanks, I really want to expand the game. Including the entire mansion upstairs and outside are. Interactions like that would definitely be on my to do list.
I turned the music down and could hear the footsteps better. He got me a few times which got my heart going. Really enjoyed working my way through it and what to do throughout your entry thanks IntrovertedZombie!
Thanks, yeah for the future update I plan on removing the music for the background to something softer. Thanks for playing and commenting.
