Subtly scary, and for some reason got under my skin!
The setting was great and a well made backrooms game is always fun.
Dunno if it's just me, but I couldn't get out of the circular room with the two meters on the table and the 4 doors around it that you're sent to after getting attacked by the entity. Is that a glitch or am I just stupid?
That fucking thing scared the shit out of me. I was so focused on trying to understand what I was looking at in a dark part of the map then I just hear BWOOOOO behind me and I turn to see something standing right next to me AND I TRY AND SHOOT IT BUT I ALL I HEAR WAS click click click SO I START RELOADING AND IT STARTS CHARGING WHILE SCREAMING AT ME.
You sir, owe me a new pair of undies.
hehe. hope you enjoyed it! there will be more interesting content in the next updates
Like the search in the maze-like environment!
Really like the atmosphere and the screen VFX, playability felt great. Had a blast.
Great job!
Controls:
L - Lumen on/off
E - Interact
F - Flashlight
J - Tasks
Also, the game does have multiplayer, but it is configured to connect via Steam. Therefore, I have removed the main menu for connecting for now.I think in future updates it would be a lot more convenient and make more sense to make 'T' the Tasks button. Much easier to reach with the left hand, and the letter matches. It was pretty annoying to always have to look down at the keyboard or use my right hand to press J every time I needed to look.
Had a blast running around screaming while the thing chased me haha. Great little game!
Really like the atmosphere and the screen VFX, also camera movement was good. Only thing that confused me was lack of "guide" so I figured out the body after a while. Great job :)
Thank you. And also thanks about the feedback. I already realized that not everyone reads about the J key (tasks) on itch.io. I planned to make a story-based mini-tutorial in the future, where all these points would be clarified for the players.
I really like the creepy environment and sound. I have a question is the gun meant to be there? Keep trying to use it against the monster and nothing happens.
There are a lot of things implemented in the game. The weapon even killed the monster, but I didnโt have time to complete its respawn, so I decided to simply turn off the damage to the monster. in the same way, I made it possible to take photos, but did not connect them with Polaroid and also simply removed them. and so with many things. in future versions there will be a lot of different content.
Okay, thanks for answering my question, looking forward to future updates.

The abandoned store is a great backroom setting, great work.
Was scary sometimes and got this backrooms feeling.
thank you!
Really creepy, although I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing.
In this version of the game you only need to find a researcher and bring him to the portal located at the door in the wall. If you press J in the game, you can get a detailed description of the whole thing.
Ooooh, gotcha. I was close then, I had found a researchers body. I'll try it again later.
