Good idea! Next time I do a game update I will try to make a Linux build too.

Thanks for this thoughtful post! I've played E.T Returns a ton (lots making it of course, but I've come back and played it SO many times since then), and I've been really curious what strategies others used in terms of building power-ups. I personally like speed, bombs, and attack boost as my big 3. Spread was originally my favorite, but over time I liked it less (no particular reason - maybe I overused it early on?). I also became a big fan of the pit attack since it's a powerful way to run away from enemies and still throw down a devastating attack. Anyway, thanks so much for playing my game and thanks again for this really awesome post! This totally made my day! Onward!
Thanks for the submission! This is a fun little driving game that reminds me of R.C. Pro-Am. I think this is a terrific starting point for a sweet little game. Maybe add obstacles and power-ups? I'm also glad someone chose to make a driving game (if I wasn't a judge, I would have made a Scrappy driving game for the jam!). Nice work!
Thanks for the submission! I really enjoyed the MS Paint style art and the homebrew sound effects. It gave this game a very retro and very cozy vibe. I thought the use of fries to show lives was very clever (and the fries remind me of Aqua Teen Hunger Force - intentional or not, that gets a big plus from me!). Took me a few tries to beat it, but I finally made it to the top! Great stuff!
Congrats on winning one of the runner-up prizes in the Scrappy Jam! Scrappy In : Attack Of The Vengeful Raccoons! was really enjoyed by the team! I love the story set up (one of the best in the jam), and the gameplay is a little tower defense meets Tapper. There's also a very nostalgic vibe that takes me back to the old days of indie PC shareware games! Really good stuff!

Congrats on winning one of the runner-up prizes in the Scrappy Jam! Scrappy's Way Home is a very tight and polished platformer. It reminds me of a Terry Cavanagh game (one of my favorite devs!). Love the use of physics, and the levels were really well designed (I want another 5 levels!). Really great submission!

Congrats on winning one of the runner-up prizes in the Scrappy Jam! Base Ballin' With Scrappy takes the pitch-and-swing mechanic (which I love) in a really fun direction. Great art and sound effects too! I still haven't hit a target, but I promise I will! Terrific job!

Congrats on winning one of the runner-up prizes in the Scrappy Jam! Super Scrappy Golf Day has tight gameplay and great polish! I'm a big fan of any sport fusion game, and this one hits the mark (or hits a homerun, maybe?). Heck, I wanted even more levels! Excellent work!

Congrats on winning 1st place in the Scrappy Jam! We loved the fast-paced mini-games, and Fastball Frenzy really captured the light-hearted spirit of the Oakland Ballers and the feeling of attending a Bay Area baseball game! Well done!

"Since you have enemies coming from the sides why not use those as arrows" - Yeah, I think this is the route that I WISH I had taken. I'm glad someone called this out. I started by prototyping the arrow movement and patterns and then added the monsters, but if I had a little more time to design the game, I would have went this route and had the monsters be the actual arrows. And, yeah, the lack of beat matching is a drawback too. Anyway, I really appreciate that you took the time to write up this great feedback!
