I thought that was pretty funny haha

I really like the variety of enemies and how nice the spritework is. The art style works really well :) I do kinda wish your character evolved as you ate things in some way tho

The mechanics you have here are pretty solid. Being able to build walls is cool!

omnnomnom!

the ambience was real spooky. I kinda wish instead of the floor dropping away the lights just turned off one after the other, but it was a cool endless runner more people in this jam should play :)

ha! I did not expect to ever see that maze again!

the saw mechanic was cool and I liked the doors and how you interact with them. also you can turn the name display/gdevelop vignette thingy from gdevelop off for free :)

yes! A small barrier of some kind would let the player feel a lot of progression I think, even more if the game reloaded at the nearest start (or end) of sections

most of my comments are shining a light on my favourite aspect of someones game, but I just have some advice for you! omg you have the aesthetics down. you need to make some games with 0 art and just focus on getting game feel down. It felt like this game was a tasteful shader and some game feel away from being an amazing indie game. Really liked this one :)

it ran at about 15fps(could just be my average laptop) but I could tell the movement felt really good, I liked the sound effects too! every time I looked down the game would go black though, which was alright until I found a big hole and jumped in. haha

made it far into the red area but eventually ran out of batteries.A clear goal would make this game more fun I think but it was still pretty spooky :)

the effect on the voice and the intro crawl were great! I do wish the main characters name was like 'spookster' or something though

hell yeah this one speaks to me alot. I love the aesthetic. Eventually it did crash on me(I was playing in browser on firefox) the use of colour was really nice too :)

that intro was incredible! I really liked the backgrounds of the level too!

I am not very good at identifying aliens haha, this was fun!

I ended up in a big wizard fight

Hey you beat my highscore! (I was #1)

reminded me of skinamarink, if you've seen it :O

honestly I liked the sounds, with just a tiiiinny amount of ambient background fx it would be enough. sheesh this is a hard game

thanks :) as soon as this jam ends I have an update ready to go live that adds a player selector and improves movement/game feel alot

spooky! I liked the setting alot

neat idea I hope you work on it more :)

cool aesthetic!

a harder border around the light aura would be helpful :) but overall I had fun I thought the concept was really compelling!

the enemy variety is cool, I like the theme's :)

Fun little game! it would be more challenging if more garlic/potions spawned :)

I'd love to play it but I only get a blue screen as well

the atmosphere was really nice in this game :) if you could interact with all of the stuff you placed in the game it would be really cool

nice tv

gave me spooky's house of jumpscare vibes in a good way :)

I'm something of a darude main

I love the aesthetic and a collect-a-thon is always really fun!

was fun! wish there was more things for me to bump into and read

mad atmospheric

sp00ky

this is my favourite game of the jam so far!

I love the aesthetic! and the nod to the lighthouse <3

if this had touch screen support it would be really fun!

280 was my best score. Fun to try and get the highest score :)
