Very visually beautiful, fun, and integrates well with the theme. Some things were missing, like the music, but it was very fun for the three days it was conceived.
One of the best games I've played in this jam. Good game design. Good theme integration.
Good job. ✨
Really fun game, I like the art very much. But I dont understand the mechanics of the player control part. (Only passed 3 levels)
I really like that moment where you realise the rythm behind the J.
Great game! :D
I think i broke the key between h and k on my keyboard :D
Awesome game! Genuinely super cute and so much fun ! <3
Cool concept. Like a lot of other people though, I didn’t read the instructions on the rating page before I jumped straight into playing, and got a little confused at how the mechanics worked. Despite that, I did manage to get to the end anyway. So task failed successfully?
The game has a lot of juice to it, which I like. The visuals and sounds are good too, but I wish there was music. The platformer controls are nice and snappy, but the camera feels a bit jittery for me, especially when the level resets and it pans really quickly back to the start.
Overall, pretty cute, solid entry. Some things could be improved but doesn’t distract from the core game.
Very interesting experience. For some reason I couldn't find out the pattern of dashes until I saw the comment bellow :) After that the concept became clear.
Really cool idea. Visual and sfx fit nicely. Well done!
All in all, this is a cute game that felt well made. I can appreciate this game and the amount of effort put into it. Well done!
Amazing! This is an immaculate platformer. Once you get the hang of the controls, I was blown away by how buttery smooth, yet easily controllable, the quick dashes actually were. The levels were flawlessly designed, and just when I thought you were out of ideas, you'd find another way to throw a new puzzle at me. The lo-fi pixel art works really well thanks to a clean and readable palette, and I think this is a masterclass in how to perfectly balance the difficulty in a game jam game. Well done! My only suggestion for improvement would be to continue to push the visual aesthetic and game feel. But I get there's only so much you can accomplish in 72 hours. Nicely done!

thanks a lot for the incredible feedback! I had to dash around a lot to keep coming with puzzle ideas lol
I don't know the vertical dash is random but I couldn't find a way to do it. It appeared in random on my run i guess. On the other hand, visuals and sounds where good placed and the game itself promise some good gameplay. Well done mate!
Very Unique Mechanic And Gameplay, had fun with it. THE SFX was too good and the art. I hope it gets more level.
Ok I think a lot of people missed how the main mechanic worked because of how quick the onboarding was. Once I figured out that every third dash went straight up this became my favorite game of the jam so far! Great work, and I'll get that last door at the victory screen eventually mark my words!
yess your are right, it needs a better onboarding! thank you so much for the great feedback!
The sizing of the game probably could have been tweaked haha it was really small
Also the jumping is an interesting mechanic but it would have been nice if there was a way the player could control that. Fun concept though!
I am not sure if it was intentional, but without giving too much away.
I really like how "unpredictable" the unpredictable dash is |-')
love the idea but i just hate how you randomly go upwards or to the sides. a W key would definitely help
Super cute art style, but I hate platformers :'(
haha understandable, thanks a lot for trying it then! :)
I really enjoyed the game! At first, it was a bit frustrating not being able to pick up the keys placed above or below the character, but once I got the hang of it, it became much more fun. The art style is super cute~
Congratulations on such a lovely game!
I enjoyed this one the art is pretty good and the gameplay is fun but i could not understand how to get past the "you win" level
thank you!! you just spam the dash button as fast as you can, but thats practically the end, thanks for playing
The timing is a bit hard to get at times otherwise great implementation of the bug. Also really cute art.
thanks for the feedback! also the art was my girlfriend, she is happy to hear that!
Nice game, I really liked it! Made me think ahead on where and when to dash! Also, the artstyle and gameplay reminded me of PICO-8 games, which makes it simple to pick up and fun to play.
I wish I could've beat the "You Won!" room, to break the game further x)
That said, congrats on the submission! I had a blast playing :)
thanks for the comment! I really appreciate it
