Super polished! I remember attempting a similar concept for my first game jam and being completetly overwhelmed with mob behaviors and balanceing. Your final product was so much fun, its motivating me to revisit the concept.

I underestimated this game! The visual styler was immediately intriguing, but I failed to imagine just how fun and satisfying the sounds and pacing would make throwing slimes into rats! 

One of  the few games I ended up replaying for a higher score (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑

Really fun visual style, and a creative use of the theme! I was a bit suprised in a game all about combat through healing, there is no way to heal yourself (  ≧ᗜ≦)

Super elegantly designed and fun to play. Knew I was in for a treat from the opening menu and it did not dissapoint. The gradual buildup in complexity was just perfect, my favorite so far :)

ok I’m realizing I made things harder than I should have. You can actually suck up the bones of the fallen skeleton and use them as projectiles! Thanks for giving it another go 🫶

Its on the ceiling! The idea was to make you wall jump to get it, but I guess that was unclear, sorry :/

Great Entry! I think our submissions had a lot in common presentation wise! only the retro game I attempted to parody was NES legend of zelda. A downside for me was that after adding all gamelplay elements I sort of ran out of time to give personality to the outer world elementss/story. You did a better job I think of creating an atmosphere outside of the game for sure! I especially enjoyed that I could use my real controller, it really helped with emmersion and I wish I had thought to implement that on my own vertual NES controller setup.

The emotional attatchment I felt with my last passenger the first time I made it to the end was so real. Style and sounds were great! First game so far I've immediately wanted to relplay!

A stronger indicator of getting stronger would be nice

I think we had simular concepts overall LMAO! Only I tried to make rigidbody physics work in godot which in retrospect I shouldve just done in unity. I think that it was smart to add a remove all husks option! I probably should've added the same to my submission to avoid a few edge cases. Only problem is that I got stuck at least once in this room after accidently deleting the husks outside rather than swapping with them, so maybe make the delete all husks button also reset the level?

I’m so glad you enjoyed! If your stuck on the grapple flys you can try jumping out a grapple to maximize your velocity

FYI The bugged fly's at the start can be used as platforms! I should have made that more clear in the tutorial

Ok I think a lot of people missed how the main mechanic worked because of how quick the onboarding was. Once I figured out that every third dash went straight up this became my favorite game of the jam so far! Great work, and I'll get that last door at the victory screen eventually mark my words!

Great sense of humor! I didn't realize until end credits that I could open the terminal at any time though, I wonder if i missed content by not doing that

For anyone stuck here are some hints:

- the smear fly's trails can be used as platforms

- hit the smear frame trail again to reset the fly

- press and hold on movement bugged flies to grapple

- you can jump out of a grapple for extra momentum

- try creating a platform to fall on first during the puzzle section
