Cool game! :D
Kinda fun little adventure thing. Unfortunately controls were too jank for me to deal with. kinda lagging all over and constantly slowly moving the camera down plus overall unresponsive movement made platforming too frustrating.
The AI voices are fine I guess but a bit icky. Imo jams are all about human accomplishment and I feel most people would've appreciated just a simple low quality self recording more than this, idk.
If it was lagging too much, maybe just download the game?
Personally I basically never download games anymore. It's a huge hassle compared to just clicking play on the page. And in a jam environment when there's many other things to play, you can't expect the player to troubleshoot for you.
Ok, just know that in the downloadable version the movement is responsive and it doesn't lag at all. We only uploaded a browser Version for people who do not want to download games but because it's a 3D game it is pretty unstable.
I liked the game, each one has a puzzle base on playing the game. the music was perfect. great game
Your game also have awesome puzzle! Level design are great too
Liked the feeling of playing the games. Inside the “machine thing” was so on to the point.
Good work!
good concept, I like the VO and thanks for guide in desc. It would be even better with visual effects and design, but anyway good job you made in 3 days.
Thanks for the suggestion, I would've also liked to do more visuals but sadly we were short of one coder. But I'm glad you still liked it.
So trippy and full of liminal spaces ~ loved the dither shaders
Nice!
Nice game with cool story and concept ! Good job !
Thank you for your feedback. Hope you enjoyed it
Voice overs was pretty neat and game it self just fun! Well done mate
Thank you for the feedback. Hope the mechanics weren't to hard to figure out.
Cool! Finally a game with no bugs! I like the sound design and voice overs. I agree with SuperMutt too.
Thank you very much for playing our game. Hope you enjoyed it :)
I love the world building here! Putting the player into a computer and bringing to life things like a DNS server is really interesting. The AI voiceover worked really well, and I think it helped boost the immersion. I get Portal vibes, in the best way. I struggled without the clues, so I'm really glad you added those into the page. I'm not sure I could've figured out the puzzles without them. Nice work!
Thank you for the honest feedback. We were actually inspired a bit by Portal :)
Hi, well done making this game! I enjoyed trying to break it as much as was possible. This game was on-point with the Theme, I enjoyed the gameplay with all the 3D platforming and trying to use the different bugs together to get to the next point, and I loved the whole concept of breaking into a network.
I tried to play without the hints, and I did get stuck for a bit on Level 2-2, although I did figure it out after like 30mins. I also didn't kill the final boss, because man those firewalls move fast! I just couldn't move my hand from mouse to keys quick enough.
Also the final boss looks majestic! In conclusion I think this was very well done and all the elements fit together very well. Well done!
Hi, I'm one of the developers. Very happy that you enjoyed our game. You probably won't replay it but for the final boss you were able to pause the time and go through the firewall holes.
That makes more sense now (facepalm), thanks for explaining!
In the browser version you will always need to right click before pressing Escape.
