Nice art style. This was fun.

The music is cute and the art is great! The only issue is with the lack of speed decay when you're in the air- most platforms have you slow down mid-air if you don't put it any movement input. Having your velocity continue without slowing down while you're in the air contributes to the slippery feeling it can have. Still a great entry though!
Great job, the game is very nice and fun to play with great overall art (both audio and graphics), I especially loved the smooth animations!
As some others mentioned, the jump control is a bit annoying sometime if you want to fall straight and there seem to be a bit of inertia when you that got me into the spikes quite often!
Anyway, amazing job and I'm looking forward to play your post-jam version!
Pretty polished. I like that you implemented coyote time and jump buffering and it works nicely. Often jam platformers without these are a bit frustrating to play :) Also liked seeing instructions / controls integrated into the game. Would be good to be able to rebind the controls, but not a huge deal imo.
Oh yeah, I actually figured out a new way (for me) to implement jump buffering that worked really well. I put a raycast below the character pointing down, and just have its length set to an appropriate value and if it's colliding and jump is hit, queue up a jump. It worked perfectly and wasn't difficult to control. Coyote time was a more normal implementation. As for rebinding the controls, I tried, but was struggling within a reasonable amount of time to get that working, so cut the feature as soon as I could tell it was going to impact anything else. It's a great idea though!
Very cool, just like other comments, the jump controls a bit loose, sounds like you have already fixed it though. Good Job!

Very well done! I loved the art and audio, and there was a surprising amount of content packed into the game. (I might be a bit jealous. :) )
The jump and air movement didn't feel very responsive (as other comments have alluded to), but they weren't problematic to the point that I couldn't finish the game.
The respawning at checkpoints was great, and minimized my frustration at getting killed by the controls.
I enjoyed playing, thanks for making it!
Thanks very much! We worked hard on the content, and indeed there were two or three more obstacle types we had programmed but couldn't find a way to fit them into the levels. We really pulled together for this one. We've since tightened up the controls dramatically and will publish post jam - in case people want to try it!
Great game, congrats! The art and audio are awesome. I didn't like the jump very much, though! ^^'
Good game, like some others I found the controls a bit difficult for platforming, but I got used to them quickly enough. Nice work, really enjoyed the music and art style.
Regarding Firefox, that is very cool! I wonder what changed between this game and my previous one?! Had a lot of complaints that FF didn't work on the previous one! Oh well. Thanks for playing despite that annoying bug! We in fact have fixed it already, just can't re-post it until the jam is over. :)
nice game I like it , the graphics are nice and the game play is very coll
Amazing game!! Cute artstyle, great animations and absolutely slapping soundtrack. Also during my playthrough i fell right into the enemy i couldnt see twice.
Great entry, the graphics are nice and the soundtrack is catchy. I also tested the build on chrome and firefox and couldnt notice any difference in the first few minutes ;)
I loved the art style and great animations, congrats! I needed some time to get used to the fast change of direction when you fall and try to adjust your landing, but after that I was having a blast!
Yeah! We ended up working on it one more day after the jam (just for our own edification, and we'll publish it after the jam is over), and the controls are *massively* tightened up now. I think everyone saying they thought it was loose would be impressed, honestly! Thanks for playing and the kind words!
This is great! The art and music are both awesome, I especially like how the UI looks.
I wish the camera was a little bit more zoomed out though (Or maybe you could look down or something), there are more than a few areas where you can't see the ground while you're in the air, which makes not landing on spikes/enemies a little more frustrating than it needs to be.
Other than that, great job! You can tell a lot of work went into this
I really like the art and the animations were very nice. Everything felt really good and I love the music. Great work!
Really nice music and cute animations/art! Very polished submission!
I tried normal and easy but did not notice a difference. I was hoping it would add air resistance or change the gravity a little. The game seems to run fine so I do not think it is related to frame rate.
Really cool graphics and audio. I also enjoyed the animations of the player. The controls were a bit hard for me to have something else than Space for jump. The game itself was very cool, I had no accessibility problems. The UI Healthbar was also pretty nice and looked so good. Well done!
