The presentation is really cool overall. The graphics are great and the audio is fitting. The concept is really neat as well and it fits the jam nicely. However, I feel like there are some issues which need to be pointed out.

The game is in serious need of balancing. It takes a little too long to get new stage coaches and it can be a little too tedious between waves. Some sort of indicator of the range of a gun on the stage coach would be very helpful so that you know if you really need to move yet or not.  An indicator for the amount of health enemies have left would also help and enable you to prioritise movement a little more.

This might have just been me but I also felt that the tutorial was a little lacking if I'm being honest. Took me a few reads to fully understand it (Tbh, maybe ignore this comment, I'm probably dumb lol).

Regardless though, this was a good entry. For 48 hours, what's here is awesome. Great job none the less

This is excellent! Aside from needing a little balancing, this is nothing but a perfect timesinker.

Amazing work! I really love the idea, and the implementation was lovely. :) Well done!

This is awesome! I love the central concept of this game, and everything is super polished!

It's cool how a seemingly minor addition to a tower defense game of needing to move your towers to progress can have such a massive impact on how the game actually plays. This was very clever, great work!

Thanks for submitting to the form!

THE GOOD (what i liked, and what stood out for me):

This was probably one of the more fun games I have played during the jam, with a nice mix of tower defense and action, as you move around to collect money and defend your bank! The visuals and audio were well thought out and the cutscenes were aesthetic. I managed to get a golden gun and quite a lot of bling.

THE BAD (what i disliked, the bugs, and other problems):

I think that it was hard to actually understand how the game worked for a bit. It took a bit of figuring out. Maybe including some text in the tutorial or a built in-game tutorial? although i understand the strategy for having to fit in the carts so that you can actually collect money, perhaps having a way to extend the coal mine may have been a good idea? same goes for the town.

THE HARSH (stuff that would just make the game better, usually just personal opinion, don't take it too heavily :D ):

Having new enemies introduced earlier in the game? having enemies actually give you money? making the boss a bit easier?

OVERALL: 5,5,4 amazing work!

This concept is simply awesome!! I felt a little hindered by the fact that after a certain train length I couldn't make any more money, and that it was hard to tell how much each cart cost. Still, very very good entry

Very cool pixel art.

Oh, a fellow Godot user :)
This game is actually amazingly polished, and you even did the music yourself during the jam?! Nice!

This is Amazing!

I really love the gameplay, it's creative and good enough to be expanded upon. The music also perfectly fits the aesthetic and overall the game is also well balanced.

Nicely done!

Charming pixel art , and i like that you made a controlable tower defense, the upgrade mechanics gives it more depth as well, i could be playing this for hours good job!

This game is amazing! It took me a while to understand what's going on, but after that I had a blast. The game play loop is so engaging, and even if you lose, you just want to try again with different strategies. I like how you have to make choices: Do I buy a new wagon, or an upgrade? Should I sell this one? Amazing game. And to top it all off, it is really polished. I didn't encounter any bugs, the art and particle effects are nice, and the music and SFX fit perfectly. 5 stars in every category.

This is one of the more unique interpretations I've seen in the jam so far! Very creative! I found it difficult to figure out how to play, but very cool idea!

The take on the TD genre is really neat! Sound would have needed some improvement but the feel and look of the game are very nice! Well done :)

An amazing game, great job!

You really hit the nail on the head with pace.

Wow! Really great entry! The art and color palette look great, and the music is fittingly chaotic. The fact that you have to bring all your units away from the enemies to get more gold creates a lot of tense moments and risk/reward situations where I leave my home unguarded to go to the mines so I can get an extra gun. I won't lie, that's what cost me my run :P Fantastic theming, design, and execution, a lot of fun.

Really fun! Becomes really difficult really quickly, but it's a fun challenge. Being able to come up with different train layouts was a good touch!
