the game is great but I couldn't interact with enter :( the aesthetics are very nice and I think you would be missing a lot if you don't continue the game post game jam

How does your game fit the theme?
(SPACE TO INTERACT, NOT ENTER) A Panic Attack is being out of control. You can't be rational. You can't escape the attack. In my game, the héro can have Panic Attacks at anytime. Deal with it. ( bugs : chests don't work and don't talk to the Guy near the trash cans))

It's very clear from the very first gameplay minute this game was designed cleverly :) I loved the theme (reminded me of Pokemon), unfortunately I couldn't play very long without the game crashing so looking forward to seeing more. Maybe add more "panic" effects and make them a bit more controllable?
The introduction of gameplay mechanics is perfect. Wouldn't you have blocked the first path with stones, I would never have known I could break them with the sword. It's also well thought that panic attacks don't only remove control, but can affect what's happening in some way.
Really nice art-style and a fun OG Zelda like gameplay, the visual effect of the panic attack is really cool and it certianly makes things tense.
Really interesting concept! The fact that you can kind of visually see that you are about to have a panic attack is my favourite thing about this game so far, as it feels like the panic attack is slowly creeping up on you, starting slow but increasing exponentially. The game seems to break once I go to the area to the right of the school, but from what I've read, its not finished yet, so I'm looking forward to the finished product!
Definitely liked the aesthetics on this one. Reminds me of a combination of Minit and those old Hyperlink games from the early Macintosh days! (That might be too old of a reference.) I'm reading that you plan on polishing the game a bit more, so I'm looking forward to it!
Oh, and I had a similar dilemma with my game. I produced 95% of the art while using 5% from an asset pack I bought earlier. There should be a "this game was created with original and borrowed art" option!
Wow, I really like how you did the panic attacks. It's honestly really relatable. I ran into some bugs but I still liked playing through the game--great job! :)
Hey there. I've just played the start of the game and ran into some bugs with textboxes or UI elements in general. But as I read, you're already aware and plan to fix them. I didn't want to spoil my experience with the slightly buggy game, since it looks really promising. So I'll just be happily waiting for the finished version.
I really enjoy the 1 bit pixel art. The panic attack effect is amazing and gameplay works fine. But I have too many bug/glitches. The game have sound? I tried to restart the game several times but didn't hear sound
The style was really cool and I thought the clean special effects was a cool combination with the pixel art. Unique idea I think you did a great job
Hello, good work in this project, i like the art style and the panic animation was a great ideia, very cool when it happens, i just dont know if i made something wrong but i get stuck in the guy trying to sell me a sword. Anyway, congratulations for the project!
really enjoyed the dialogue, the panic attack idea is interesting and the animation looks great (it's a little too long for my liking but ig that's the point). unfortunately i had a few crashes but what i played was pretty enjoyable!
The dialogue is really snarky and fun. I really liked the 'overrated paper' line, and the sign about the school being closed on exam day.
The core mechanic was really good too. Clever implementation of an experience into a game's medium. Really smart how all the enemies work in a way that makes the consequence of the Attack matter, there's noone you can afford to just be standing still around.
I wasn't super sure of which things were just not in the game yet because it's unfinished or what things I was doing wrong/was unable to figure out, so I'm not sure I played it all the way through. But yeah, nice!
oh you actually enjoyed the game ? Like King George would say "I wasn't aware, that was something, a persoooon could do. I'm perplexed..."
XD thanks for your feedback ! If at least one person appreciated it althrough it's completly broken imo, i'm happy. (and that means the finished version will be super good :D )
With this jam i figured out a game doesn't need to be big and complexe to develop its theme and that's gonna help me for my main game Project Dojordin :D
