Ranked from 13 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
The robots Verbs/Actions are out of control. They'll play whether you like it or not, and it's up to you to position the robot in time with the actions. The level design is totally out of control, not just of the player, but of the developer! The factory is modular and terrain & platforms will shift in and out at random.

Played quite lot, 30 tries I think. Boy I never saw level 2  :(  I would really like to know what is on level 2 since level one is already very hard for me.

My main complain is that the punch is not long enough :) That's really frustrating to be close to the enemy and the punch stops, but I understand it's part of the game. My second complain is that you can't kill enemies with the speed boost, this would save my day :)

Music and sounds fit very well with the game. The feeling of "out of control" is total in this game, you did very well with the theme, your game really fit with it and it's important during a jam.

Developer

It's not an easy game! It's also very short (technically infinite but after 4 levels the patterns just start looping) so I'm glad it's enough of a challenge to keep you playing for 30 tries! I hope you make it to the next round :)

The speed boost doesn't kill enemies but it does make you invincible for a moment, so in a tight spot you can use it to dash past them. I hope that's enough to at least help save your day :)

This is certainly challenging! Once I sorted out what all of the command cards did, the game really unfolded for me. The level dynamically changes in a way that keeps you on your toes. Well done!

Developer

Thank you so much! That's really kind. The most feedback I'm getting is that the game itself doesn't do a good enough job of showing you what everything does and how it works, so I'm definitely taking that feedback on board for next jam!

Best score : 3 enemies defeated. it's quiet hard and it took some time before i figured out what was the enemies. They should at least have a face.
but i love the concept

Developer

Thank you! They do have little faces but it's very hard to see, I definitely should have worked on more clearly marking them as the enemies, and providing more detailed visually clear instructions in the game. I'm glad you liked the concept so much!

Congratulations

Developer

Thank you, that's an extremely kind thing to tell me :)

i didn't understand it(

Developer

i should have put clearer instructions in the game itself, i know :(

I hope the info on the store page helps!

Developer

I really like your game!  The decision to have the input queue displayed as prominently as it is really helps you try and plan things out, and being able to slow inputs down is also a godsend.

If I had a suggestion, it would be to let players start the game and choose upgrades with the keys you use to play since the core gameplay loop seems to encourage having both hands on the keyboard.

Developer

thank you! Thats really smart thinking with using the menus and buttons with the keyboard to let players keep their hands there. A full game release would definitwly take that on board!
