How does your game fit the theme?
The game encourages changing parts of your ship that have to do with movement out for utilities like weapons and shields, so you have to give up what little control you had to begin with on a ship that's already got a distant relationship with friction. Additionally, asteroids throughout the level break apart into smaller bits and add to the clutter

Thanks!  I'm glad you enjoyed it

It´s pretty hard to be honest. If you are holding W and pick up a componen you it automaticly goes to W which is pretty tricky to get used to.

Anyway i liked the idea well done :D

Yeah, if I were polishing the game I'd see about giving it more friction and I'd probably end up tuning the controls a bit more. The most recent build should wait until you let go and press the key again, buuuut I'm not sure that's the version that's uploaded :|

Thanks for for playing!

This was so so ridiculous and honestly so fun. I had a great time.

The ship is already so hard to control before you remove the steering and I'm not sure if I'm a strategic failure or if there's just no right answer for how to build this ship in a way that will actually help you. Either way it was genuinely a fun go there.

The UI and presentation were really hard for me to use. I feel like the diagram on the right was like, upside down? And I wish there'd been more UI or general visual clarity on what parts I currently had attached. Just more visual feedback on that, it's such a cool mechanic and I'd love to see it implemented properly in a bigger project!

Thanks for the feedback!  Glad you enjoyed it!

I think there may have been a little trouble with keeping some semblance of adherence to reality.  The diagram shows which buttons activate which parts of the ship, which are all backwards because the ship is activating thrusters in that direction.  If I had had more time or if I had more foresight, I would have probably tried to come up for a solution to that.  Should have also added some representation on the diagram for what equipment each slot was holding

This is a super fun concept! I have to admit I had some trouble with the controls, but I guess that's the point. :D

Thanks!  The controls were admittedly a bit finicky, but I'm glad you gave it a go  :)
