This is a pretty solid game! I love the graphics in this game. Although it's pretty simplistic, it stands out to me.
But there's only 2 things that don't feel too right, is the wall jumping mechanic, and a bit of level design. there are a few parts where it was really hard to jump over, and when wall jumping, I don't know how to fix this, but it adds an extra level of difficulty when you realize that you got to run into the wall, then jump.
Thanks for playing and giving us a feedback!
Cute graphics! My only feedback has already been covered by others - the precision jumps are just a smidge too precise and I kept having to redo sections. I'll revisit after the jam to see the revisions you mentioned!
Thanks for playing our game!
Yes, we will fix those issues after the jam.
The idea and game are really cute! But, like a lot of people, I had a little trouble with the controls. Still, pretty fun!
Thanks!
I really enjoy the design and art, however I couldn't get through jumping on bookshelves, it's really hard to jump so far and it gets really irritating when you fall. Also some music is lacking in menu and intro. The tutorial is really well made and I easily got the controls and usage of room elements is also wise.
Overall, a good game ;) Good luck!
Thanks mate!
Cute game with a fun design and darling graphics. Controls could be hard st times but overall a great submission (bugs aside of course).
Thank you :)
The game sounds and looks great. The controls is okay, but I would have hoped it was better. The gameplay is overall okay. Overall an okay jam game.
Thanks dude
Very cool idea and level design. I really like the sounds and the graphics are super cute!
Thank you! :-)
Graphics are really well done and coherent throughout the stages.
The cat is too slow, it needs to be more dynamic. Didn't understand the role of the theme. Overall, a 3 out of 5 I'd say,
Hey, thank you for playing!
The cat movement is improved in our git repository but we can't update our submission...
[SPOILER ALERT]
At the end, the laser just disappears because its battery ran out and 5 seconds later the game closes
Cute animation, good art and level design. Except this part in my opinion, it's to really hard i tried many times but didn't success, even with the wall jump . Great job dudes !
Feel free to check our game :)

Thanks mate!
This part is actually possible to jump with wall jumping, but it's quite hard. We balanced and fixed the game locally but we're unable to update our submission.
I like the style of this game, the graphics are nice and the idea is good! All the issues i had have already been addressed. Well done!
Okay, I was a bit quick to judge earlier. So, I've played the game again. My points of feedback are:
Thank you for playing and giving us a feedback!
The game is so adorable!! The tiny cat is awesome! Loved it!
Thank you so much!
For the record, I played the WebGL build. I mean, I tried to play the WebGL build. After it happened the first time, I reloaded the page and the same thing happened again.
Hi, thank you for playing our game.
This issue can easily be solved by restarting the level (press Escape -> Restart Level) as mentioned in the description.
"Loading the cats" heh, you had me at the beginning of the game.
As a cat owner, I like the idea of a cat chasing a laser pointer very much.
Nice graphics and audio. Adding speed to the cat could help improve gameplay a lot.
I enjoyed playing it.

Hello!
Thank you for playing, I'll make sure to rate your game too :)
No grace jump. Jump height not modular. Game destroyed. :) In the first level, past the couch, there are a sequence of precision jumps. Because there is no grace jump, failure to trigger jumping at all is exceedingly likely. When it happens, you fall all the way at the start of the couch (best case scenario) or all the way at the beginning of the level (worst case scenario).
The character gets stuck against collisions all over. This is justified by having wall jump to some extent, but it happens at unexpected times all the time and is quite inelegant.
Graphics look cute and coherent. The highlight of the game.
Music is repetitive and doesn't loop properly. You can hear a click when it restarts.
Don't know if the theme was hit at all. I gave up at the precision jumping section. No interest in repeating the starting part of the level over and over.
Hi, thank you for leaving comment!
We're really sorry to hear you didn't have fun playing our game. Unfortunately all of those issues you mentioned (w/o the music) are fixed in our git repository but we're unable to update our submission. We didn't have enough time for the music...
And no, the theme was actually hit , you just don't know because you haven't played the game till the end! :)
Thank you for playing the game anyway, we appreciate your feedback :-)
I wanted to finish this whole game and see the lie at the end, but I couldn't because of a few bugs. :/ First off, the laser just sorta... stopped moving at one point, but I kept going just in case I could still continue. Then when I got to the blue tiled area, I got stuck because I was supposed to jump on a fallen vase but my vase was stuck upright against some books. :/ My main critique would be that the movement felt way too slow for me. I would've been more tempted to start over and finish if Steven moved quicker, but because he's so slow it would've taken me a really long time to get all the way back. I also am not quite sure what the milk bottles did? But despite all these pretty minor critiques, you made a really great game, so please don't be too discouraged! Awesome job!
Hello!
Thank you for having a positive thought. There was some space for improvements in player movement but unfortunately we didn't have enough time.
We truly appreciate that you played our game and gave us a feedback!
No problem! When I saw the title of this one, I just HAD to play it (especially because of my username)! ;)
I really liked the game but the first time I appeared under the floor (like just the head was visible) but it fixed by restarting the level.
I loved the cute little kitty :D
Thanks!
Cool game, nice art. Could you also please check out my game? :)
Yes sure!
