Wow, this is really great and creative.  Loved this a lot, and don't have much bad to say about it.  I do think that using the RMB to move the camera is a bit odd, and could lead to my character to move places I didn't want them to.  Also, players can keep trying to connect clues without penalty, so they aren't forced to figure out the correct order of events, so maybe that can be fixed.  Great job!

Damn, what a cool entry for the jam this one is! I went in expecting a pretty complicated little game, but that actually ended up not really being the case at all! All the interfaces were very logical, and intuitive, which made it absolutely doable in the time you were given! I must say, I was racing to find clues and mix 'n match them into events, I had a lot of fun doing it! I was also super relieved when I managed to finish the game with little under a minute to spair, I think you chose a perfect time limit! You did a great job on this design in my opinion, and it's quite refreshing to have played this. Very professionally made. The only two things of which I thought they could be improved were the movement (I would have loved to be able to use WASD), and the fact that the walking animation was a little extreme in terms of character movement. But those are minor things and I really think you made a great entry! Awesome :D

Interesting game. First time playing a detective game which more fun than I expected. I'm so amazed that you made the see-through-wall shader effect! It would be perfect with a little horro songs in the background.

Nice :)

Awesome job, solid build. I like the UI clue/map connection system. Level design is good too. Where have I seen this character before? Did I see it on youtube?

a very unique Idea with the theme! Thought the game was awesome. The only thing I would change would be the difficulty? I felt like I could plug and chug my way through. But otherwise a really good game.

Interesting game to play, maybe a bit too complex learning-wise for a jam (I hope I'm clear, if not sorry ^^) I like the audacity of creating a detective game in such a short period of time, but you made it. Nice job :)

A seriously unique approach on the theme. The gameplay was fantastic with the clues  and events.Only the part where the player has to find the clues could be a little more challenging in my opinion. Fantastic work

Seriously impressive for a weeks worth of work! I love how you move between the game searching for clues, then into the folder to connect them and find out new information! Like any jam game it needs some polish but definitely continue with it!

OH OH, A DETECTIVE GAME! I was super pumped to play this just for the genre because it's not that common and not very easy to pull of, with that said, I think you have gone in the right direction with the design, I feel like it has a nice balance of player agency (searching for clues and manually organizing the events) and "hand holding" (providing feedback on the number of clues and events) so the player doesn't get stuck thinking "Did I missed something?" kinda of thoughts in a bad way, and in "a bad way" I mean the player not knowing if everything relevant has been cleared out because the game failed to tell so.

I liked the game style with the robot-like character, The Sims style camera, post-its interface and fish eye effect (although some suffered nausea, so maybe an option to turn on and off is the way to go).

It obviously lacked a little bit on the textures and audio department but this is a game jam and you made up for it with the innovation and general theme and design. I ended up playing this game with some jazz tunes so thats my suggestion for music, for audio FX and artstyle I think something like The Long Dark might be a great shot, with hand painted textures and detailed actions sounds.

Overall I really liked your game, I also like to think the suspect got into the house to steal the toilet paper because he had none, so yeah! Congrats to both of you on the submission!

Interesting game to play! Maybe it was just me but the fish eye effect was a little nauseating after playing for a long time. But the combining of clues to figure out the event mechanic was really interesting. Overall a great time figuring out the crime.

Really fun game! Maybe add some mysterious music in the background, and I also though the movement was a bit weird. Other than that very nice game!

Nice game! I enjoyed playing! I didn't finish on time but the game was great :)

Very cool game. Reminds me a lot to the investigation mechanics of the sinking city and probably sherlock holmes (haven't played that) and it works very good! I would have loved some mystical music in the background. I love how level design can tell a (w)hole story! Really nice!

Nice detective game! Well done with the mechanics - finding clues, piecing the clues together and putting the events in order was fun! I liked the clarity of all the visuals - in the level as well as the UI. Also enjoyed the funny way the investigator walked.

Not sure a time limit was necessary - seems like an unnecessary cause for frustration - but I had 4 minutes left so it didn't feel like a problem. Had I ran out of time, though, I don't think I would have appreciated a game over.

Some "noir-like" music would have given an interesting atmosphere, as well as textures over the default ProBuilder ones.

I love your aesthetics and all the mechanics you put into this detective game! This is just so solid, and as others have mentioned, you can easily make a superb full game from this base. Amazing work!
