Okay, but like, honestly? I love this. I was going to comment on how it reminds me of the old Zelda dungeons (which I friggin' love) but then I noticed in your description that was what you were going for. So, yeah! You definitely hit that on the head. I love the art and the music. The whole game just feels so nostalgic to me. I absolutely love the idea of manipulating the dungeon itself in order to get you around, have't seen another game like that so far in this jam (and I've been playing a lot..) Hit up Nintendo and try to get a job! lol. This was so great, good job guys!! Please reach out to me if you develop this further or make more games like this. I'd love to play!!

Art is wonderful, and the audio really helps set the mood of the game. My only complaint is that the game was too short. I finished it too quickly and was very sad. But, this is only a 48 hour challenge. Great job for what you achieved! Let me know if you develop this further, I would love to play more :)
This is such a cute game! The presentation is gorgeous, and it ran smoothly with no bugs. I love the idea of it as well, and the little things like having the "How to Play" option really gave it some good polish that made it feel like a real game not made in only 48 hours. My only comment would maybe be to adjust the timing of the girl in relation to the mouse? I found a little bit of a delay between her and my cursor which made it a little difficult to control, but this may be intentional. Overall, it is very good and I had a lot of fun. Good job!
I don't think the visuals need improving. This is one of the more beautiful games I have played throughout the jam. I do wish there was more to the game, though, but I understand this is just a prototype. Very good for a first pass! No bugs, it ran smoothly, and the music and art made it a pleasant experience. Let me know if you develop this further, I'd love to play it :)
My only complaint about this is that there aren't more levels. I reached the end without realising it and was very sad when I could not progress further. I had a lot of fun playing this!! I love the difficulty progression. When the A and B switched sides on the screen I was like ugh.. you bastard. lol. And getting through the purple line together in order to disconnect and then swap sides made me audibly "ahhhhh." Very well done! Please let me know if you make more levels :) I'd love to play more.
I wish there was more to this simply than just 'see how long you can last.' It might be interesting to have different levels, maybe the obstacles speed up in some or maybe introduce new obstacles, like maybe some move side to side as well as coming down. I also found the red ball rolling away from me at times when I didn't even touch it, resulting in it hitting the wall and me losing the level. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but it was quite frustrating. Maybe if there were the levels introduced that could be an interesting thing to add in later levels as an intentional design. But I think overall this was a very good attempt and I still had fun. :) Good job!
Okay there's a lot of things I like about this game. I love how the more cells you collect, it builds your defences but then that also leaves you more vulnerable to touching the antibodies and losing the cells you worked so hard to get. So you kind of have to be smart about which side you're collecting them on to balance yourself out and not have too many on one side. But then I love how you can sacrifice a cell in order to get rid of an antibody in your way. I also love how in the later levels the antibodies get harder and harder to eliminate. And in the third level.... 0/??? You bastards. lol. I really like the difficulty progression of every level. Overall, this is a very well polished game and I found myself playing it for way too long. Great job guys!
I can't think of anything bad to say about this game. I also can't believe you made all the art and music during the 48 hours. This is so impressive. Having an options menu and things like that is the sort of polish and extra steps that really make this feel like a game made for steam or something, not just a 48 hour challenge. I really encourage you to put this somewhere else other than just here on itch! I'd pay for this on steam or on mobile and I know a lot of my friends would too. Amazing job. Proud of you
Beautiful art and I'm happy to see you did it all within the game jam. Very impressive.
I agree my only complaint is the camera but it sounds like you have plans to fix that. And in the end, it's not a huge deal. The game was great and fun to play. Great job!! Sorry to hear you had troubles though :(
The game seemed to lag a lot for me, idk if anyone else had the same issue. I liked the art and the feel of it and it fits the theme well. I don't have any complaints but I will throw out the idea of maybe playing around with threats to the seedling? Like perhaps whilst you're trying to float away you also have birds that are trying to eat you or gardeners trying to eliminate weeds. Just a thought. But overall, well done!
Good idea, but could use some polishing. The tutorial texts and your score were cut off. There were also a few grammatical errors in the wording. I wish there was more to the reply part than just pressing a button. I really liked when there was a hot ad and we had the option to either watch it or restart the computer; I would like to see more of that. Perhaps for the emails instead of just pressing a button to reply, you could give us two options just like the ad and we get to choose. That way the user feels they have more control. But overall, good art and no further bugs. Well done.
Could use some polishing up, which you seem to be aware of with all of the current comments so I wont repeat them. But overall it worked well. You had a great concept and made it work with no bugs. That's the important part. I did enjoy cleaning up the little poops, and the toilet roll and super cute. Well done!
One of the better werewolf games I've encountered so far. I love the balance between bloodlust and humanity, it makes things a lot more interesting. I also like how you actually have a task to complete (finding the ingredients) while trying to maintain human and under control. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps make it a tad brighter? I'm sure that was part of the aesthetic but for me personally it was a tad too dark. But other than that, great job!
Incredibly well done. Aside from all the memery (which is great) the game itself was really well made. The graphics are great, the gameplay was smooth, no bugs to report. I LOVE that there's character selection. Very unique and made me invested because I got to choose my character. I also love the slow-mo at the beginning before you jump off and the random screen caps in the middle of the fall. Super well done and great mechanics.
I've played a lot of puzzle games that aren't good but this one is not one of them. I love the level design and puzzle aspects of the game, and I love how you keep adding new obstacles in our way each time instead of just the same obstacles but harder every time. I especially loved the "doors and keys are rude now" obstacles. The presentation was good, much better than most pixel art games. Overall, solid job!
I've played a lot of puzzle games and a lot of them aren't done very well but this one is. I love the level designs, I love the idea that we are able to gain full control, but what I love most is that we don't get to keep full control. At the beginning when I got full control I was like well, what's preventing me from just passing the game now and being able to move wherever I want? But you designed your puzzles in a way where you will need to sacrifice that full control in order to win. Very very clever design and gameplay. I had a lot of fun, well done!
I like the game, it was deffinitely fun. I enjoy the fact that you give us infinite bullets instead of running out of having to reload. I also enjoy the fact that you give us a healthy HP bar so we can continue playing for a decent amount of time instead of having to restart the game and feeling frustrated after a few hits. I don't really have any criticism but the only thing I will throw out there to play around with is maybe next time when the aim malfunctions, maybe giive us some control of our movement? So at least we can try to position ourselves to shoot correctly. I felt kind of helpless when my aim went down and I coulldn't move or aim and I was kind of a sitting duck just taking hits until my aim came back. But other than that, I had fun! Well done!
I couldn't have picked a better audio for this game myself.
Great originality! I like the ragdoll physics and it really makes you feel like a drunken waiter. I like the fact that the input food items sometimes change on you; it helps add to the chaos and 'out of control.'
I think the only thing I would really improve upon would be the camera angle, but I saw that you mentioned you ran out of time on that which I totally understand. I will also throw out the idea of perhaps experimenting with a minimap? Or at least something that shows you what orders the customers want next, instead of having to run into the dining room every time to find out. But overall, great job!
Finally, the long lost art of cat wrangling is getting the attention it deserves.
The game definitely scores points on originality. I don't have any criticism but I will throw out the idea of perhaps in the future playing around with the idea of adding a mini map? Just so the player can see more or less where the remaining cats are.
Good job!
