How does your game fit the theme?
The main character, Glenn, has to send out an astral projection which remains connected to him. Once your projection joins with a spirit stone, you then swap places with it. And narratively, Glenn is traveling so he can be joined with his family in a reunion.

Had a bunch of fun with the interview on stream yesterday! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1061287846
Our "review" is kinda wrapped up in there, but I figured I'd preserve a link to it here!

Really charming game! It took me far too long to realise what was was breaking my astral projection, but once I worked out it was the moving enemies the game was real fun!
Charming is a great end result, thank you! And yes, that is a fault of level design for sure, among other things, but glad you worked it out and made it across - thanks for playing!

This game just drips charm. Loved the music, the art, everything! I like all frogs, but Glenn might just be my favourite yet.
Thank you so much! For what we managed to get in there, those are some wonderful praises. Ohh Glenn, that swell simple family frog. Thanks for playing!

Very nice presentation and cool idea! It felt a bit slow to just walk around and move though.
Thanks so much for the feedback! We're hoping to focus more on experience and level design moving forward.
Pretty alright. Felt a lot like trial and error but aside from that quite alright I guess
alright alright alright alright haha, thanks for giving it a go!

The mechanics weren't very well explained. It was nice for a bit but there wasn't really much? It took me a LONG time to figure out why my astral projection didn't work.
True true. Tis the unfortunate result of a super last minute level design. We (the design team) definitely noted the need for more of a static camera and room-like puzzles rather than a series of blind crossings. Thanks for sticking with it for a bit though!
[Also, a fellow frog game dev! Swell! ]

Very nice, pleasant and well packaged experience. Definitely a neat concept!
Eyo thanks for checking it out! And speaking of well-packaged and neat... definitely can't wait to check out your game as well!

Could use more polish on the mechanic itself to make it feel nicer, but it was a cute idea and sweet and short
Well we certainly appreciate the playthru! Glad it comes off as a cute idea. Sweet and short was definitely a barely-met criteria by the last few minutes of the jam!

Loved the music & art of this game, the gameplay & controls were a bit lacking, but definitely lots of room to polish them up ( this is a jam after all, so that's fine ).
I'd love to see extended mechanics or more fluid controls with the option to perhaps speed up and/or "duck" the line down temporarily.
Cute ending by the way, good job!
Thankya for playing and for the feedback! Definitely agree with you on the polish. (and the "jam after all" bit) . Ohh what do you mean by duck the line down? Sounds like a neat idea to make the projection part a bit more active during the chasm crossings.

Hello!
By that I mostly mean making the line go downwards like diving in a pool. It'll only be able to dive so much in one projection so it can't be abused and instead planned around, perhaps with areas that are completely blocked off. Just an idea though, Perhaps in play it's not very fun hahah
Ohh I do like that idea though. Especially if the line moved faster in general. I dig it.

This is wonderful. Definitely original. Loved the music the most, the art is really cute too :) Good job!
Oh! We were stoked with Danguin surprised us during a 48 hour jam with a fully scored game tune (like.. arranged in music notation). So great to hear you liked it.
Thanks so much for playing!

Aesthetically the game is really good, very cute and endearing, the gameplay is simple and easy to get the hang of, but the only hiccup is the level design, considering it is a single level, it was too simplistic, I almost completed the offered "challenge run" in my first try of the game, maybe make so the bees and birds had more engaging patterns rather than just try to cover space with sheer numbers.
Super glad to know the gameplay's idea and aesthetics stuck out! We too longed for better level design, but alas, I'm just glad we got one in! Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

Fun concept, very unique!
I found it a little slow moving, but I guess that's part of the challenge.
Glad to know it was unique! I'm with you on pace, though if it were faster the game would certainly be over in a snap. Thanks for giving it a go!
