You can skip some platforming session in some unintended way if you're clever about it

Also, i found an interesting bug

The game is absolutely fantastic, but i wasn't expecting nothing less from Neat Games. Feedback wise, i haven't much to say: the robot felt a bit too heavy on the falling, and there was a point where i belived that the goal was just a wall (the projectles fooled me xD)

Thanks for playing Marxy! Those are some funny bugs XD no clue how to fix em haha

It's a very cool game. I really enjoy it. I got this bug when I pressed tab multiple times.

Developer

Oh haha! Interesting how that happens, no clue how to fix it yet hehe~ Thanks for playing :D

Super cool concept with this divisible robot :-)
Only thing I would do to improve it is to separate depending on the side you are facing.
Now the legs always separate behind you. Would be cool if you could seperate then in the front by facing to the left for example.

Nice game !

Developer

Thanks for playing! good idea~ that would be better for sure :D

That's what i call a good game, the only thing that i could complain about is destructible blocks could be more recognizable from others, anyways great game

Developer

Thanks for giving it a try! Good point for sure, there is only a small hint in the beginning haha XD

The first game of the game jam i played to the end! Very nicely made for 48 hours, the art + music are actually top quality. The gameplay mechanics are fun and the puzzles are nicely designed! I did have an amusing bug where i respawned as two separate robots though :D

Developer

Wow thanks for playing all the way through :D That bug seems to happen a lot haha.  No clue how to fix it yet hehe Thanks again!!

I would have never have though to split the body from the legs! such a cool idea!

the game play is intuitive and the art is great, good job! ๐Ÿ˜

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm glad it ended working :D

I really liked the idea that legs without torso jump higher, makes sense :D
Relaxing music, great artwork and decent concept. Well done!
Tiny little thing - if you join near the low areas, you can be trapped in textures.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yeah that seems to happen, I wonder how to solve it? XD

Neat little game! Works very well, nice level design! And graphics are well polished!

Developer

Thanks! The levels were fun to make :D

What a fantastic game! I really enjoyed the puzzle solving aspects; there were a couple of times where I was left to figure out a new puzzle type for myself, which me questioning "Did I do this 'properly'?"

Well done on including so many different platforming elements. I really like the jump modification when detached

Developer

Thanks for the awesome comment! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

Developer

Thanks a bunch! And will do~

cool game, though i think it might need some polishing - but well, it is just 48h

i liked the art - especially the backgrounds! usually i am sceptical to such type of art, but i liked yours:)

Developer(+1)

Thanks for giving it a try :D There are some bugs but I think it came out pretty well hehe

of course it did:)

wow, the art is amazing. I like the idea

Please check out mine when you have time.

Developer

Thanks and sure thing!!

You nailed the art, honestly impressive.

The game itself is fun, tho I feel like you could make the crawling a bit faster. Once I knew what I wanted to do I found it frustrating to crawl so slow to the goal.

Nice music too!

Well done!

Developer

Thanks a bunch!  I think I did make the crawling parts a bit long hehe.  I chose the music early so it calming while playtesting haha

Nice idea, good presentation. I quite liked it.

Developer

Thanks for trying it out :D

Great aesthetics, love the dawn/twilight parallax, the chill music and short initial intro which made want to help the little robot!

I got stuck on a puzzle fairly quickly, the one after the checkpoint of the second level. I think the elements you are meant to interact with, and what they actually activate, could use some emphasis or clarity.

I still enjoyed it very much while it lasted though, I love the idea the robots halfs that can do things the whole robot can't and vice versa, there's a lot of potential for more here I think!

Great stuff!

Developer

Thanks for the awesome comment and feedback! There are a few softlocks I missed while playtesting I think haha.  You can watch my video to see the intended path :D thanks again!

Super nice looking artwork! Also I really liked the idea that itโ€™s actually not good to be whole again, you feel more powerful when the character is split. Nice interpretation of the theme!

Developer

Thanks for playing and the comment :D It was my first idea, I'm glad it came out pretty good~

Really beautiful and atmospheric.
