thanks a lot for the feedback! Yeah I agree with needing more moves 🙃 I actually had planned to have unlockable skills along the story you can pick from after battles, like a roguelike. Unfortunately it did not make the cut due to the time limit!

thanks for the great comment man! The early game is indeed designed to be very easy. It is a design choice to introduce the player to obstacles one at a time. Learn the basics, then get to learn pain through tulips and trees

hey! You can interact with things by bumping into them (: as for inventory and home buttons, they are mapped but not used in the game. Pleasure!

hey! Yes youre probably right (: it started off as a pokemon-style walk (with the 4 directions) but switched it to a traditional roguelike style mainly due to being the sole artist and programmer on the game. Definitely something that could have been better. Thank you!

Hey thanks for the feedback! Some quests were made barely a hour before the deadline. I agree that those quests feel odd (I'm thinking of the Crackers one in particular). The joys of game jams!

thank you for the feedback! I am aware about the rng taking a bit of a heavier role in this game. Some features that i planned did not make it in the final product since i had to work all weekend and only had a short amount of time to work on my game. 


I attempted to make it into a "get rewarded by pushing your luck". I had about a hour before the deadline to balance gameplay out so I focused on the more important parts like power scaling instead of adding variety for strategic purposes.

I will definitely come back after the jam and add the more strategic bits that I left out.

sweet game. the kinda relaxing game you can play on the bus ride back home. good job.

fun way to do a tower defense

this game is so incredibly difficult. I managed to get to level 3 but after that it feels more than a stroke of luck than skill

pretty cool game but I found myself sticking to walls when i wanted to jump.

those controls are gonna kill me. The amount of time the bucket came close to the walls to an inch close got me on nerves.

I think the leaderboard does not work. It is quite a nice game still!

thats a sweet little game. However I think the hitbox is a little too big. And I would make it so touching enemies do not damage you (except the missiles). When the game is flooded with enemies and bullets, there is basically no space that you can avoid taking damage.

I'm pretty bad at it but its a very nice game I liked it a lot. I also enjoyed all the meteorite references.

sweet game, but hardcore gameplay! Sometimes it felt quite unfair especially when youre stuck and want to go deal with balls close to the bottom but you cant

Nice mechanic there. The repeated sounds gave me an headache pretty fast however. I did 4 runs and could not tolerate it anymore ): 

Sweet little game. Somehow after like 15 runs I never managed to beat my first one haha. Not sure I saw a reason to want to dive faster and risk dying

lovely game! The key bindings are a little frustrating and not intuitive for me, but overall, the game is nice! I see you have put quite the efforts on this! Good job!

nice game! I very much enjoyed the rewinding mechanic. It's neat. However, I felt like the level was dragging on forever, which made me lose focus after a while. If you are planning on expanding on the game, I would recommend making the level shorter (:

Cool game! I love how creative you've been with the theme! It fits really nicely. And the little story you have to play before the actual game is quite nice too. Even the little touch for difficulty selection was quite sharp. Very well done!

Nice game! The level design is greatly thought of, however i got soft locked at the first bot 

on the fight with the 3rd spirit on the 1st level, you gain the shield attack. Use it and youll be fine (: the shield is quite important

The story is about a girl dreaming of an adventure. The whole game is her subconscious while shes in the hospital, fighting for her life.

the story shows you are actually sleeping, inside the girls dream, while she's resting in the hospital. (:
