Do you mind telling me what you are playing on, and how old your device is? It might be that your device is older and does not support shaders well. The screen moving upwards is probably an artifact of the shaders not being able to work properly. Same for the green screen, as the shader alters the colors. It could be your graphics card as well.
It is a little odd as nobody else has mentionned any similar issue with the game.
Should be up your alley! An overcooked-esque game about collecting samples in space to pay for your ticket back home!

early recipes yes, and depends where you are in your recipe. A large recipe can give you 3000+ PT, so if you have almost completed it, the 1000 can be worth it. Plus maybe your next recipe will require the same thing. Its a decision between time saved, PT, and thinking about what the next recipes could be

I love the goofy art style. Im struggling quite a bit with the collisions though, I couldnt get to the end. I reached the other character, then died and couldnt pass the 2 sets of spikes again and kept dying there. But I do love the animations, they are really unique. And your main menu I gotta say is very cool with how you animated the flowers
Oh wow, thank you for the lengthy feedback, very much appreciated!
You're right about the balancing issues, I made the game in a few hours only, so balancing the game properly has not been well done.
Also fear not, when passing a worm, the game ends on a win screen (: You can mindlessly break those pesky eggs
