It is well made and I liked the small touch with the sound thing. The only thing I missed is an intro screen. As soon as the game loaded it immediately started. I didn't expect that and lost most of my health.

Nice and simple gameplay, I like the use of the assets here to make something completely different. I also noticed the sound coming out more in one side as I moved to that side in game too, nice detail there aha
Nice little shoot em' up! I really enjoyed the use of the assets to create the ships the boot on the player asset did not go unnoticed :D the upgrades to the gun were nice, and I was glad that they didn't expire at all, very nice. Maybe some kind of shield upgrade would be good, as later on I was being bombarded on every side and it was very difficult to dodge (I'm not fantastic at bullet hell games in fairness!)
Good job!

It's simple, and it works. Not a lot to say here, it's a SHMUP and well executed. I'm not sure how useful the side powerups are tho, since most of the time I actually have to stick to the bottom of the screen due to the bullet hell.
Good job on the game!
It was really fun, unfortunately it only had one level ;-;
With some more levels this can definitely become a really cool game, the use of assets to make the ships was really interesting.
Something that doesn't seem quite right is that, in fullscreen mode at least, you can move your ship to the sides of the screen, I'm almost sure you can't receive damage if you're there since it seems like bullets dont reach you, but you can still shoot. It made it way too easy to defeat the boss, especially with the sideways shoot upgrade.
As you can see, I'm at the left of the screen haha.
Other than that, I don't think I found any problems. It's one of the best games I've played of the jam, I really enjoyed it.
Fun game! Really love how creative you were with the assets!
Cool stuff^^
Game is very simple buy hey good work publishing it^^
Nice how you managed to create ships out of the art kit!
I liked your use of the 'cloaks' as space ships. That's super creative! The first two power ups seemed unsatisfying as the directions they shot did not seem to help me much. Cool game!
Good use of assets, the enemy ship placement was good and varied, it felt like a real top down ship shooter. The shooting sound was very grating though, especially with no music. I got to the final boss and I'm pretty sure I got one shot from full health in like half a second, not sure if that was intentional but it was very jarring.
Yeah when I initially added the sounds I kind of hated them, but I got used to them after a while ^^;
Also I guess you were hit by the boss's blue beam ? The idea behind that was that you want to avoid that completely; hence the charging animation. But I can see how dying immediately is probably too much.
Thanks for the feedback!
