Cute penguins! I thought the items on the grid mini game were part of the background so I was a bit confused but I like the warioware-like minigames! Good job

Well, I think you didn't setup your page correctly. On loading it starts gibing out. Also, it was quite unclear what to do in the astronaut and logic games. Shooting game wasn't responsive and scaling wasn't good. For first I didn't know why the minigames were switching, but when I wanted to close the game, turns out that there are four penguins messing about. Changing some page options can fix most issues. It was quite relaxing playing games. Also that story game is hilarious.

You are correct, as you can see by the "submitted 15 seconds before deadline" we didn't have enough time to fix these issues and some minigames are non-functionnal. This also was our first game-jam so we didn't get the time managment quite right. We did some quick fixes and reuploaded the game (not finished but somehow more "functionnal") to share with our friends. If you are curious as to what it looks like it's here: https://wendrul.itch.io/penguins-fixed.  Another thing to note is that full-screen breaks the game.

I like the mini-game switching.

I was confused by the puzzle for a while until I realized the wires don’t have to plug into the circuit board.

Your game is super fun! I love the chaotic nature of it all, the quick switching really gives it a funny edge. My favorite was the "cry", "don't cry" in the text adventure story.

One thing that would be nice was a control explanation on the corner or down with the penguins each time a mini-game appears.

Overall fun project and good luck!

That's a very good idea, we were actually trying to figure out how to convey the controls to the player in a subtle manner, but as this is our first game jam we just ran out of time and had to leave out a lot of important details like this one. Glad you could enjoy it though!

Really cute art style and love the visual novel bit. Didn't seem like there was a lose condition, which made me care about nothing but the visual novel. Would have liked to understand better when each minigame was set to start/end, mainly because transitioning into the visual novel from either mouse-controlled game sometimes caused me to skip it, and as stated before I was really into reading more of that visual novel.

Very nice game! I love the variety of mechanics and how the visuals and soundtracks creates a proper atmosphere for each challenge. It is really cute and chaotic at the same time!

The graphic and music are very nice.

My favorite mini-game is the Penguin 2 when you control the robot in the space. Maybe the Penguin 1 need more feedback when you shoot.

Great visuals and consistent visual theme between mini games. I would like to see more of the randomness tied to player actions so that a high level of control is possible to achieve, rather than complete randomness. Fun game!
