Cool game, interesting feel. Too easy and short, but it's understandable for a Jam game.

I liked the atmosphere but the game lacked either in-game story or a difficulty ramp. It felt too easy to be a gameplay challenge and while the mood told a good story it wasn't enough to carry the game.
With the mood and concept you could go in both directions but at least one needs to be expanded on.
Cool idea my guy^^
This isn't my type of game but there's still alot of depth to it.
I think a solid tutorial would've helped alot for the game^^
Also nice choice of music and SFX^^
Good work
This is a really cool concept and could be expanded on to give a lot of gameplay! I think designing the rail yards to be harder to navigate would up the challenge a lot, like having to get around fences or across bridges, maybe avoid harder patrols like dogs or even moving trains.
Great submission!
The concept and atmosphere of this game was great. I love the choice of music and the story you described. I would have like to see more in-game story though. Well done with the procedural generation, that's always tricky to get right.
The gameplay falls a little short - to be this simple I think you need something else like story or exploration to entice the player forwards. Overall though this is a good start for what I think could be a relaxing story-based game in future.
I like how you implemented the map! The overall mechanic of the game was interesting, though it wasn't quite challenging enough to be a "puzzle". I don't know if you wanted to make it a puzzle, or just a journey, but it's something to think about. As for a journey, I think you succeeded, and you could even build more on that story in future versions!
I liked that you put thought into the mood, as the movement and guard patrols weren't complex or challenging. Maybe you could have the trains operate on their own kind of schedule, like real trains do, so you have to try and catch the one you want before it departs! Again, it depends on what kind of game you wanted to make :) I had fun playing yours!
Interesting concept. This would have benefitted form a tutorial or at least a clearer indication of what i was controlling on the screen. for a while, i thought i was controlling the guard since the player was so small and started the game hiding in a train cart.
I like the feel for this game, the way you lay out the text and music. The ocean is a lie ending was real creepy too XD. Perhaps a better tutorial would work since I got kind of confuzzled in the beginning, but overall, great work! A 4 to 4. 5 star effort!
Nice, unique concept. I like the idea of using the trains for scene transitions. Took me a while to realize I started in the rail car and needed to exit to move around.
I really like the idea, and the atmosphere is really cool.
I had a few bugs on my first go other than aspect ratio - I couldn't depart and the game faded out without fading back in. I strangely haven't been able to replicate any of them though.
The guards could have also posed a little more of a threat
Cool little game, Sometimes the train wouldn't go the way I wanted and I'm not sure why. Procedural generation is always fun, hope you can go on and add some more gameplay to make it have more replay-ability
