my one suggestion is to show your final score on the loss/defeat screen, so you can compare with others lol

this entire game is amazing and I love everything about it lol. The guns are fun, the audio is funny, and the controls feel good to use

Just a bit sad about the SFX with guns,
With a mouth SFX for each guns i'm sure it would be really fun !

But the game was fun good job !

And the idea with guns and dice face are cool !

Excellent execution on the design! You not only had different types of weapons for each die face, you made sensible associations for which weapon went with which die face. Each weapon also had a distinct role, so nothing felt repetitive.

The sound effects were charming, and the music was fun. My favorite was the RPG shot and explosion. ;)

I wish I could see what my score was on the game over screen, since I'm not paying much attention to that while trying to survive. And it would also be nice to see more variety of dominoes/baddies to fight against.

Overall, though, this was a blast. Great job!

I really like the game it was a lot of fun and the weapons all had enough variation to feel different in their uses. My only small suggestion would be a quick sound effect when you get a new weapon from a roll. Great job!

Love it! The weapons all feel substantially different from each other, and the dice number corresponding to ammo was very creative. The sound effects made me laugh out loud 😂

I love the similar design decisions made: 'Two' being a double barrel shotgun and 'six' was considered to be a six-shooter. We decided to relegate it to 'one', because of our knockback requirement. I also loved the voice acting haha.

Awesome top-down action game with a dice twist!

What I liked?

- The fast paced gameplay with the dice twist is clever! Each weapon was satisfying to use

- The global presentation is really nice, between the sound design (SFX, Music & voice) and the coherent visuals, it gives a great ambiance

- Nothing to add more

Overall great work!

Cool concept! It feels refreshing to be constantly switching weapons :)

The SFX made me laugh hahahaha, specially the shotgun one, I love it

Great job! All of the guns were fun to use, the music and sound effects were great, and the gameplay was fun!

That's a good game! Fun and all aspects blend great with each other!

My only complaint if I may have any is that at a specific point the enemies just flood you and it's literally impossible to proceed for more than 15 seconds or so since that point, and that depends on how many rockets you can roll in a row, so you'd have to restart to keep playing :P

I think that switching to some level/wave based thing would solve that, but it wasn't too big of a deal, I enjoyed it regardless!

Great job!

Really good, the instructions were clear and the gameplay was simple to understand.

It's funny because I played another top down shooter where you had to manually roll dice to change weapon, but the weapons had infinite ammo, and I literally gave them the advice to make the ammo tied to the number on the dice like you did. I'm glad I tested your game, because it confirms my itch: it's fun as hell!

I think my idea is quite similar to yours, shooting game + rolling dice!

I'm so glad there's another non-puzzle game in jam so far, this is also the most potential game i played in jam so far.

I'd suggest the weapon damage or bullet could be upgraded once i roll the same numbers in few rows. You know what, i got 6 points 6 times in a row, but i got nothing! That's quite depressed.

Excellent shotgun and bazooka voice acting :))
I survived around 3 minut. It was hell in the end)

I could you a final screen with game resaults so I could share it.  Yet, a good game!

Very satisfying gameplay - The sniper rifle felt great, but it felt like some of the others like the revolver and SMG could be improved and accentuated so they're comparable in power to the others.

Also I tried jumping off the edge. Would recommend.

Each weapon is cool to use, I love how you jump to reload, it's satisfying. Well done!

This might be one of my favorite games. Great mechanic and it felt very balanced.
