This is probably the best interpretation of the theme I've seen so far >:)
After playing all these games I am really sick of dice too Lol.

You know, I hate dice too after all of these unfriendly dice games. The song was nice, and I found myself just laying on my chair and doing nothing but listening to the song. That's not the best thing I saw among all games I played, but I'll give you a coin for that. Visual could be better, and obviously there is no creative gameplay
This was an experience. Before playing this Dice, I Hate Dice, I was a nobody -- A loser you could say. One day my only friend said, "hey have you heard of GMTK 2022". I said no, so he sent me a link to Dice, I Hate Dice. I heard the pure emotions coming from the music in this game. I cried deep emotional tears and realized at that very moment I could make something of myself. I broke out of my shell and turned my life around. This game saved me. Thank you Collision Check Games. Bless Mark.
Interesting game. Congrats on submitting.
Thanks for submitting your game to the stream, here's the interview;
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1540854237Really funny game. Occasionally the dice faces would change I don't know if that was intentional or not. Song was very funny. It would be cool if the number of the die you picked up and/or the number of the die you hit affected how they get destroyed or how many touching ones. Great job.
PoV - You just rated five dice roguelikes that did the exact same thing:
Anyway, all jokes aside, this is actually pretty funny, and something I never knew that I needed until now. Not much of a game in the traditional sense, but still pretty good for releasing pent-up feelings from this jam.
Haha, what a great little game! The custom soundtrack was absolutely perfect, and the explosions were very satisfying. I kinda wish there was a keyboard action to pick up and throw dice, instead of having to use the mouse, as I wanted to blow them up even faster >:)
Great work!
Had some fun destroying the dice, though I kept on trying to figure out why sometimes large areas exploded and sometimes just a measly blast. The real MVP is the music though! Congratulations on that front!
You captured the zeitgeist of the discord and you did it in advance, very impressive. This made me laugh so hard it is not even funny. Thank you so much for making this, i feel like you had some magic foresight to about this jam to make something this amusing. I really like the satirical elements to the whole thing, and dear god that song is gold. I beg of you please upload it to YouTube or something because it was a delight. Now for the actual game stuff, honestly the destruction stuff was pretty cool, and the procedural generation as well. My only feedback is sometimes the player can stand on the vertical side of the dice, there is something ever so slightly wrong with the collision I guess. I sincerely hope this makes it into the top 100, I want to see Mark react to this.
Thank you again
Hah, thank you!
If Mark at least would text "ok" at our page, that would be awsome already) I don't think that our game have any chance to go to the top... There are a lot of cool ideas out there who actualy deserve top-100. I wish they will get there chance instead of us!
But we still glad you had fun and enjoyed our song! ^_^
Congrats on finishing your jam game!
Your core design here doesn't feel that fleshed out. You're destroying the terrain without much reason. But I think that's okay. This seems more like a meditative, stress reliever than an actual 'game with an ending' type thing. It would have been nice to have a target score, or end flag/goal/area to reach, but it works. Nicely done.
The real winner here is that music. It's delightfully absurd and strongly reminds me of Ween. Please please PLEASE upload that song somewhere where we can listen to it and share it because it's beautiful. Well done.
Good job on your game. Keep making games!
What a great twist for this jam!
I love the idea and the approach really a 5/5
My only negative is that you have an option to turn off that beautiful music. . . XD This was really funny and silly! Even though I don't share your hatred of dice, this the song alone was enough for me to empathize with your deep dice hatred. I could feel the rage and sadness coming from the stick man as he flung the dice with fury. Deep, moving, emotional. What more could I ask for in a game? Outstanding work!
Haha, thank you so much! We wish we would have much more time to work on our game, so we could provide a little bit more content and visuals... But we made it in 15 hours because we didn't make a good concept before that... BUT we have such a good time seeing all of these happy comments from you! We feel like we reached our goal in this jam +)
Thank you!
Creative and really good pallet cleanser, for those who are looking for a game without dice, feel free to check mine, thank you.
Hehe - hating dice is definitely going to be a popular interpretation from all us devs who spent 48 hours staring at them.
Made me chuckle :D
