I was kind of confused by the combos. I tried to play them as much as I could but it didn't seem to add points. Instead it just gave me more energy to play a few more cards. I also tried to match the artifact as much as possible.

Just played and rated.

Really cool and creative idea. It's very puzzling in all the right ways.

Just played and rated. Congrats on getting to 20!

Yeah, I aggro'd one of the orbs and for some reason decided to press "e" by one of the hooded people as I ran past. I stopped and the dialogue box opened, but then I immediately went into combat as the orb caught up. I think the dialogue box stayed open and was interfering with the combat UI because I couldn't click on anything.

The setting and art for this game is hilarious. I love the HR lady slowly burning alive. The gameplay concept is pretty interesting, but most of the cakes don't seem to be worth the risk. But I do like how in some areas you can choose to ride the conveyor belt, or walk a riskier path for more forms. Overall, good job.

Yeah, the controls are supposed to feel like that. It adds to the chaos and driving fast creates risk if you crash into something and get stunned.

Neat game. The combat is a bit simple, but it's fairly clever and I enjoyed using movement + abilities to dodge attacks. It's also cool that you can fight the boss and beat her early. Unfortunately, I didn't get to fight her at full strength because I talked to an npc right before entering combat which seemed to softlock the game. But overall, good game and I hope your brother has a very happy birthday!

I think I might be missing something. I couldn't get past the first enemy and I'm not sure what I need to do to get more points. I really wish I could replay the tutorial. The art is pretty impressive though.

Wow, really great job! The polish on this one is crazy. I really like the sound+visual effects for upgrading and the main menu is slick. The risk upgrade mechanic is very clever and it's satisfying to stack buffs. Somehow I was killed both times by an intercontinental ballistic mouse.

Very spooky, just played and rated.

Cool game, very spooky. I like how detailed the house is with lots of furniture, wall pictures, and stuff on the shelves. The atmosphere is pretty good. I managed to survive until I got back in the house after throwing the trash away and I guess I died when I opened the door in the bedroom.

I also managed to get past the pile of trash outside and on to the railing:

Nice submission, just rated it.

Short and sweet. Even though it is a bit simple, the game play is fun and I enjoyed evading enemies while clicking fast to shoot them. I like how you can trick their pathing by looping around the screen. I managed to get a bunch of biscuits by choosing red every time.

Just rated yours.

Cool game. I like doing fancy maneuvers to shoot enemies while evading projectiles. The movement feels good, but it's a bit hard to aim precisely with how much your steering and rotation slide.

Yeah, the link would be helpful. I just played and rated.

Fun game. I like how you charge up your bread throws, it's pretty fun to pelt the nasty gnomes with high velocity biscuits. The gnome sprites are also really funny. I especially like the smear frames on death and the flattened death pose. The vision mechanic is also pretty cool and unique.

Played and rated. That was really cool! 👍

This is a really cool game! I love all the polish on everything and the card shuffling animation is epic. The music is also really good. It was super fun to risk pulling another card so I can hopefully reach the target score. This was the highest I got:

Thanks for sharing. Just rated it.

Interesting concept. The gameplay is a bit simplistic, but the idea is creative.

Thanks for the feedback. But actually, there's a lot of incentive to go fast.

If you read the tutorial, you'll see that going faster gradually increases your cargo's quality which gives you better odds at the hat machine. And more cargo means more hat pulls after each run.

Just played and rated. Really cool puzzle design!

Really cool puzzle game! I'm always impressed when someone manages to make a game with lots of well designed levels in so short a time. I also really like the mouse eating animation at the end of each level. My biggest bit of feedback is that the rules for which biscuit a mouse will choose and which path it will take aren't explained so I had to figure it out myself. But once I got the hang of it, it was quite fun and creative!

Just rated. Cool idea and a lot of great art.

It took me a bit to understand because I don't play poker, but once I figured it out it seems pretty cool. But holy cow, the art is awesome! It's crazy how many different sprites were finished in only a week. And the animations for everything are nicely polished as well. The sound design is also pretty good.

Hey, you might want to read the tutorial on the game page. It explains everything.

Just rated. Fun concept!

This reminds me of Risk, but with some fun biscuit-flavored twists. Unfortunately, I didn't need to do much baking as I could easily win my going straight for the opponent's bakery. But with some tuning, the concept seems really cool. I also love the little baker voice lines. Reminds me of Worms.

Nice one, just rated it.

Nice 2D platformer. I really like the sprites and animation for the mice. The player controller feels good when platforming in open areas, but the small amount of sliding makes it hard to do really precise jumps. But I appreciate the frequent checkpoints.

That was certainly an experience. Definitely one of the games of this jam.

Thanks. Yours was cool too, I just rated it.

Cool game. I really like the biscuit theming and it's fun rolling the dice to try and get more points. The cooldown mechanic is also a very creative way to add some more depth to your decisions.

Hello, I'm trying to get my team's game to 20 ratings: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3851964

Put your game in the replies below and I'll be happy to rate it.
Edit: Thanks to everyone that exchanged games, we're now well over 20 ratings. Sadly, I don't think I'll have time to rate any more here.
